@@milliebobbypurple9534 16oz - 20ml, 22oz - 30ml......depends on the brand of the syrup...strong flavor less measurement.......if the syrup is not so flavorful put more syrup

Can you explain what your dark chocolate powder is? Is it like an unsweetened chocolate bar that is ground to a powder unlike the pure cocoa powder we have available in the U.S.? If so, could I grind an unsweetened chocolate bar to be more like what you sell?

I think it's 4 tsp and around 9g but when I mixed it with 2 oz of milk syrup it was a bit thinner than on your video, should I use the oz with cup or weight? when I weight the 2 oz cup, it weighed 2.4
i tried 15 g of dark chocolate powder and 2.4 oz (weighed) or 2 oz using the cup and I think I got the proportion thicker the my first try using 1 scoop and 2 oz mixtures

Hello, best to use a cup. If you don't have a coffee scoop (4tsp) use 1tbsp + 1 tsp or yes about 7-9g depending on the density of your cocoa powder. If you have a pure cocoa (no sugar) it will be lighter. Use only unsweetened cocoa/chocolate powder

Grass Jelly the natural way is not easy to make. You will need machineries. You may buy ready made powder that can be boiled and let them set. Should be available in Chinese/Taiwanese markers in your local area.

Is fresh milk unpasteurized if it is it can be dangerous why would you use unpasteurized milk?
You may use pasteurised, UHT or fresh milk. I like fresh milk but it is not easy to find in some markets.
