The Dalgona Latte looks amazing and I just finished making the honeycomb. When I try to make the Honeycomb for the fist time, I burned my sugar and I had to remake the honeycomb again. The second one came out perfect! Now finally I can use the honeycomb to make the dalgona Latte. Thank you Chef Hanbit for sharing this wonderful recipe! 💖😊👍🙏🙏

You’re amazing chef! ❤️ Can I use the coarse bits of the dalgona candy to fill and top it on buttercream frosting? Do you think it’ll melt? Thanks for sharing your passion.
@@sujujewel2639 I'm pretty sure that if you make normal dalgona with not much baking soda it will be hard enough not to melt or get soft, just depends on how much air it has on the inside or the size of the pieces, but you should try i think it will work! (Normal hard dalgona takes a while to melt in milk too but it's still very good)
@@hboyO2 what a great idea! I’ve been eyeing that mega dalgona he made for the latte and imagined it’ll look beautiful on a cake. I got your point, maybe the regular dalgona candy will work for me. I’m gonna try and will have fun doing it. Thanks a lot.
Chef, I did not get anywhere near the volume you got. Could that have been because I used a sauce pan that was a tad bit small or that I used a whisk to stir? Thank you for sharing these wonderful recipes with us and your incredible insights as a great chef.

Hi hanbit, if make the honeycomb toffee in a high humidity place will cause the candy turn out to be sticky?
yep
What if cool down in the fridge?
So tempted to try your recipe! I'm pretty scared of the saucepan clean-up afterwards though. How do you get rid of the residue from the pan once done?
It's just sugar. You can soak it in warm water.
oh just leave it in hot water. it'll be easy to wash it.
@@HanbitCho Thanks Chef Hanbit!
