Hey James, Thank you for the comment. That’s a good question probably deserves a Video of it’s own. In terms of specific foods you can add ( in a already balanced diet) are fish ( oily one salmon) unroasted nuts and most things that a good for skin are also good for hair and nails. But there are number of other things you can do like condition after every wash, weekly masks and not using high heat on blow dryer when the weather in hot and using heat protect serums etc. hopefully that was help full also I aim to make a more detailed video on this soon. 🙏🏻

Thank you for the feedback 🙏 The trimmer used in video is Wahl beret [ It's very user friendly but powerful good for beginners to intermediates] the Clipper I used is a limited edition but its basically a standard cordless Wahl clipper with Taper blade (not a fade blade) to avoid harsh lines, It's also more smoother and user friendly.Similar clippers would be Super Taper or Magic clip.

I found Wahl detailer is bit weak, if you have thick hair go with the babyliss pro,
Baybliss fx ( rose gold is my fav) is really close and powerful, but you have to be careful it is hard to use, because it’s so powerful.
