Best video on this that I have found. And I have searched!! I usually use a finger or above the adam's apple to gauge where to shave that "line". It definitely takes practice, so you don't go crooked, like I have done many times, and then have to tilt your head to the side a bit, to make it look even lol
Great video. Only had a beard for about a year and have been going to the barber shop monthly for trims but I want to do it myself. After this video I think I can. Gonna have to pick up the MT-1 trimmer for sure. You make it look super easy. Thanks for the tips and pointers. Good look on the beard.
Great video. Have had my beard for a year and keep about the same length as you. Have been fumbling around with different trimmers and routines to keep it a good length. Picked up the MT1 last week and will give your routine a try for sure. Thanks!
Hey, great stuff! Looks really good. I have about the same beard length and similar routine, but I never thought about going across the middle area with the guard, I've always just gone down, but I think what you just did creates a better fade look with the bottom jaw area having a little more than the cheeks. I'm curious about any pre-trim recommendations you might have - i.e., do you wash and condition first, do you let it get completely dry before trimming, do you put any product at all beforehand? For the upper cheeks do you do it before you've moisturized or put any other product on your face (sunscreen, etc.)? Thanks!
Before you start trimming your beard we do recommend washing the beard and applying product just like you would every morning before you head out for the day. You wan to style your beard so you can identify the areas that need to be trimmed.
Great grooming techniques. Live Bearded is the only way to Live Bearded!

A very cool look. Also a very cool option for office jobs. Great work, thank you!

Absolutely! Always here to help.
Great video. I have struggled with trimming mine. 75 with very light grey beard. If too short, it "disappears". Will work on your method.
Very helpful!
