    This task management system looks super useful! I recently started using the Astirna New Tab extension, and it's really helped me organize my tasks more effectively.

    Very nice, hadn't thought of using tags for time management of tasks, projects, etc! Excellent, I will adopt some of this and apply it to my needs. Definitely caused me to have an epiphany!

    This is a really clever way to use the notebooks in the remarkable to handle tasks. I've not really delved into the tags too much, but I'll definitely give it more thought now. Thanks.for sharing.

    Just ordered a Remarkable 2 and I've been watching videos to convince myself I didn't waste £500 on a glorified notebook. But this video made me even more excited for my purchase. This is exactly what I'll be using it for -- task management, daily habits, etc. I'm also going to get one of the planners from your Etsy store as soon as my device arrives :) .. I've subscribed just in case you drop some more gems like this one haha

    • @habitpunk

      Thanks so much. Remarkable is brilliant, used it for 3 years now. I've got a few more planned. One coming on how to track goals, 12 week planning and habit tracking in more depth too. Cheers for the comment 👍

    Ooooo I really like this. The tagging and planner. I don’t think there is a smaller size tablet. Like an A5 size or even better an B6 size so I can keep it in my bag. I carry with me all the time a little B6 notebook and a pen (non digital).

    • @habitpunk
      @habitpunk  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi - yes its between a5 and b6 I think. Not sure where you are nut I think curries electric shops in the UK and some others around the world have them to look at. Also some second hand shops

    Great work flow but are these tablets really that unresponsive to inputs. It's like you had to press tags and things 2 or 3 times to get it to react?

    • @habitpunk
      @habitpunk  หลายเดือนก่อน

      yes its not to bad - I never notice - I think may have been as I was filming and at an awkard angle too. I'll see if can do another video on this question

    This is intriguing, however as this is as good as it gets on remarkable, it only goes to show you really do need something more like Supernote for proper task tracking. Remarkable is excellent for certain things, like digital journaling or drawing or what have you.

  • @pastaglenn
    @pastaglenn 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    that's clever. Well done. I'm tempted to change how I sort out my tasks to this idea. I use a hyperlinked PDF on my remarkable for todo/projects for personal stuff. But have tasks on calendar/google etc for work. I like how you have worked around the limitation of the Rm2 to kind of make it interactive

    • @habitpunk
      @habitpunk  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Thanks - yes its one I made myself - you can get them online for more basic ones or buy PDFs for the more advanced ones. They're good as you can add hyperlinks in - and have 1000's of pages to navigate round - that you wouldn't have with a paper planner.

    How do you view and sort when your tasks are more pages than you can view on the screen vs tasks written on a sheet that you can see all of them?

    • @habitpunk

      Yeah list's work too. Just find this handy to sort through by tags. You can scroll through to see the next pages when you've expanded them. Cheers for comment 👍

      Hi Dave, planner doesn't come with it but a PDF you download. You can purchase them off Etsy (and some free ones on FB groups too) The hyperlinks are clickable, which makes it work well. Theres lots of designs available - This is one I've made. I'll do another video on the planners soon.

    do not buy it, there are far better options. even data transferring/syncing cost you with the monthly subscription. and even if they "gift" you the subscription for free for a year, you cannot use it, if you do not have a credit card, which most continental europeans do not have. they dont even offer PayPal etc

    • @habitpunk
      @habitpunk  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks for the comment thats something certainly to consider if you are thinking of purchasing a Rm2. I know mine syncs on the wifi and I got the free connect as an early user. Looking it up says £2.99 a month UK but a year free. Otherwise files only back up for 50 days to the cloud. It is handy to have the mobile app for searching through notes.
      Appreciate the viewpoint.

      I understand you can move the files to your own personal storage space for those initial 50 days when its bavked up, correct? Therefore, you can getaway with not subscribing at all to any storage space or auto backup over 50 days.
      Really helpful video by the way.

    Some of these artificial examples get so silly 😂 Like how many times in life do you need to remind yourself to join the gym? 😂 Once, and you can just put it in your calendar. No need to create and tag a new document for it which won’t even notify you 😂 This feels like you are trying so hard to justify the purchase of this device you don’t realize how cumbersome and impractical your suggestions are 😂

    • @habitpunk
      @habitpunk  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Ha thanks for the comment. Yeah the gym was to join 1st then log results in the notepad. Your probably right in simplifying things
