That was another brilliant series - thank you so much for sharing it with us! And, thanks also for the excellent tip (that I watched in a different video of yours) about magnets - we used magnets for the first time in our most recent campervan trip and we don’t know how we managed without them!!!
Nice trousers Carol 😂. Wow what an interesting museum. The V3 bunkers were also very interesting but disturbing. Good you have rules about 2 takeaways on the same day 😂. Lovely video. Thanks for posting. 🙏👍🧙♂️
Love, love, love your adventures in the little red van. During Covid we bought a small teardrop camper. When we were allowed to escape the strict Australian lockdowns, we took a 105 night road trip from Brisbane on the east coast of Australia to Western Australia via NSW and South Australia and back. Just under 20k kilometres. For people who “will never buy a caravan”, I have to say we loved it. FYI: we will be back in your lovely country next week. The start of another 3 month adventure.
Hello you two, enjoyed it very much as always, thanks again. Sadly for me though I had to watch it from my home and not somewhere in Sweden. I followed your wise footsteps into Scandinavia for the month of August in my self build little camper (this time not Norway, been there) but didn't even got from the ferry, I misstepped and broke my ankle badly. Ferry direct back to Travemunde/Lubeck into hospital and a few days later back to Rotterdam. But you always give me the courage to explore again, well in the spring next year. I'll be watching some of your older trips and enjoy the travel bug. Hope you will have a great time in England and looking forward to nice drone shots of your beautiful home country.
Any time I have spent in France has been time well spent! My closest friends beautiful Coastal Brittany Farm or the endless time in Paris. Now an older lady, I never regretted a day spent on WWII History, or hours on hours in Paris immersed in art. My only regret, not enough time in rural UK. Lovey people, breathtaking countryside. What the Germans inflicted on the UK to me, unforgivable. Two wars……..no words! Never crossed the border to Germany.
Great start to a lovely quiet Sunday morning ❤ never done van life but i should imagine 5 weeks is definitely plenty 😂like my creature comfort of setee & plenty moving around indoors. Been a very enjoyable trip to watch thiis with ya both & ready for the next on the channel 🎉
The pastries you had in France looked amazing especially the cheese and ham crossiant s and Carol s baguette looked good .😊Enjoyed the series Thank you both 😊Best wishes Diane
Aha! Just spotted the plastic bag held in the sink by magnets. Great idea. Also the speedo app that you suggested in a recent video is really useful as it automatically clocks all of our trips and produces GPS tracks of our trips.
I’d kill for 5 weeks away in the van! Not literally obvs (I know Ken’s ex-Police 😆). Good to see the autumn sunshine came out for you as you ended your trip. It’s been a great series to follow. Here’s to the next! 😊👍🏻
I’m glad you made it home! To be gone for 5 weeks is quite a long time. I did like carol’s suggestion of staying somewhere with a pool! Happy end of summer to you both. Mary
Ok you got way to much enjoyment on the science of fly catching Leave carols clothes alone or should I say yours - needs must lol😂 Loving the military history and we targetted the v3 museum to on our trip Great video and series
Leave Carol alone, we love you both carol can wear what she likes she's at home in her comfies. I tried to open a can off tuna and ended up with tuna n sunflower oil all over me. Lol. Great video's guys as usual Hilarious moments. Best wishes, keep safe x

Ken you reminded me of Ainsley Harriott’s Ready Steady Cook; creating a meal with just a few ingredients! 5 weeks in the little red camper, well done. The museums were very interesting. I’m hoping to get my very first camper van next week! Everything you’ve taught will finally be put into action! X
Sorry to see the end of the France. trip. I found the history of the tunnels with the massive gun extremely interesting. Imagine the havoc it (they) could have caused!! Good to see you both on fine form - the lamp on fly hack looks great - I'm a rubber band man myself - messy but effective. The cross dressing - not too sure about that, maybe the new van will get you back on course - very best wishes.😊
Hi Ken and Carol. A new subscriber. and not yet purchased first campervan / motorhome. Came across your videos a few nights ago. Very entertaining and informative too. Well done for all the shared videos and drone flights aerial footage too. Q. Have you a video of how you came about choosing your particular campervan i could watch. Cant decide whether a need to have shower and toilet onboard or as per your set up. Look forward to watching your future travels soon,
There are videos that explain why we are happy to cope without a toilet and shower if you skim the list. Even when we go bigger with a toilet and shower we will still use the same system.
Planning a visit to Scotland in autumn, preferably hiking on the Rannoch Moor. A haggis with neeps and tatties is the highlight. My friend is from Glasgow, he talk with an accent like Rab C Nesbitt. Y'all need a freeze dryer. We freeze dry and take meals with us on the road because we go places where we could possibly get stuck for a week due to bridges flooding or storms blowing over trees. OR if our government decides to lock us down again without ample notice. Now if I have less than a weeks worth of supplies I get nervous!

Just heard your motorbike comments... perhaps a pair of electric bicycles for your new camper. Can be strapped on a frame outside the rear. Kia Ora from New Zealand. 💜💜PS: I have been considering one myself here, but they are just so expensive, some even more than a car!! Lots of old railway track locations here have been rebuilt into cycle tracks, and free.
We have had electric bikes in the past when we had a caravan. They were great fun but not something we are currently considering. They have become very expensive for sure.
