I've just invested in the naturehike 3.2 sleeping pad and will double it up with a closed foam mat for the colder months...absolutely love the look of the sea to summit one..but can't afford that cost tbf.
tbh gas canister seem too big for what you and your mate need, and there is still alot of weight that you have missed out in the video eg: stakes, pack liner, filter, bottles, cutlery, wires, plugs.
Yeah good point but it’s only 230g and 70% full might swap it out for a 113g stakes are included in tent weight! 1 1.5L plastic bottle probs no more than 50g and spork etc, didn’t wanna get silly so just called it 6kg approx it definitely won’t be more than 6.5kg total! Might even leave some clothes behind and brave it 🥶
