Hope you enjoy, Instagram / Tiktok - @Joexplore #wildcamping #lakedistrict #hiking #camping #helvellyn
What tent is that please my friend?!
Great video 😊. The bungee cords between pegging points are doubled up, so you can do them shorter +stronger ❤ also wrap guy ropes around poles 👍
Massive improvement from first video absolutely loved it! Great watch
Yes bro smashing it If your ever in or around pendle hill or bolton by bowland give us a shout
Dude i want that nortent so bad that thing looks super legit
Where did you park up?
What a fake emotional clown 😂
Fake
That's bad advice
Nice
Why are you doing that with your mouth?
This is actually one of the biggest challenges in my life, i constantly feel like im being held back because no one will go with me, And i really hope that in the future im gonna travel- alone or not
All fun and games saying go alone until your the "lost hiker" on the news
I really enjoyed the video and commentary. Good work!
Where is this ?
amazing vid, what camera and editing software do you use?
horrible video making
Right to roam is access on a through path, not set up a campsite
Still legal on Dartmoor in Devon 🎉
Camp where you like. Don't let the rich own all the land and make the rules. The policy of who stole it first gets to keep it forever, which is made up nonsense. We are all indigenous to this land and in my small opinion we all own the land, not some flat cap, welly boot wearing rich 'land owner'.🤬
Great advice!
Quality stuff
Thanks mate! More to come
Trespassing is not illegal, it’s the refusal to move on when trespassing becomes a crime as the refusal to move turns it into a confrontational offence. So all these signs saying trespassers will be prosecuted are just BS as it is not enforceable. I’m not saying don’t move on when asked, usually if you are respectful and decent, 9/10 the landowner will allow you to stay as they will see you as an experienced wild camper and not a moron, it be discreet, don’t draw attention to yourself, arrive late, leave early and LNT always.
You can't wild camp everywhere in Scotland. There are restrictions in some areas at certain times.
At what height do you start from (the car park). Nice views. ATB Cheers from the mountains of NZ ☺☺
Awesome county! Around 150/200m I’d say! So about 700m of gain in 6km the uk is pretty flat haha
What a place to camp!
Unreal isn’t it! I’ll definitely be heading back soon
Well do my family have done the same wakes good video 👍👍
I parked and took the same path but went past sprinkling tarn and camped at styhead tarn then sumit'd great gamble, green gamble and base brown in the morning was a great day out.
Awsome Lewis good effort mate
Have always loved the UK wilderness. Brilliant video. Sending thanks from Slough
What a view😮💨
Unreal init!
Another mint vid really enjoying em
Beaut of a tent, I've got the MSR Elixr 2 atm and it's doing me well, survived a pretty brutal storm in Scotland so I'm happy for now!
Class
Thanks mate Awsome spot!
That's another reason why Scotland is a far better country
Well worth the slog mate.👍
The harder the hike the more worth it is in the end!
Let’s not scare people away from wild camping. It’s fine. Just be respectful and you’ll be fine.
Love it 🙌🏼
Thanks Alex! Glad you enjoyed
Amazing video yet again keep up the work
Thanks harry 🤝❤️ posting weekly on here now
helliberg killa my ass hahahah
You can wild camp in loads of places legally
everything is illegal in UK the freedom of the country
Just set up camp in Dublin city centre . There are plenty of campers down that way
does the nortent vern 1 have two doors because i couldn,t see a door on your tent when you was showing the inside. loverly tent though i might get one and i have allways wanted to do sharp edge was it hard
It has two doors, but they are both on the same side if that makes sense plenty of extra ventilation tho! Thanks for the comment it wasn’t too hard, but I’ll do it when it’s dry if you can!
Superb tent, very nearly bought one but then polegate hit so went for the Abisko Lite 1. Still secretly want a Vern 1 of course, maybe one day. Great video, subscribed 😊
Come on Hedley, stop making excuses!
@@Fellmandave1 Look, your videos have almost sold one to me (not that is their purpose). I need to see one real time in action...
Pole gate 😂 love that seems solid to me! Thanks for the sub I’ll be taking out weekly, so let’s see how I get on!
I like this tent so so much just can't justify the weight for a solo camper. My Vaude expedition tent i two person and weight 2.8kg and im sure can survive the same conditions.
Yeah I understand! This is 2.7sh and it’s a VERY roomy one man but no good for 2 people
Fuck em do what you want. However i will support his message on the litter be respectful guys.
What are the actual rules on campfires in the UK
No fires its all private land unless you have land owners permission or a campsite that allows fires
*_Hi Joe... I am very fascinated by the natural panorama and the vast savanna, it is very good for a camping location, I like your video.... nice to meet you, I am Rudy from Indonesia....._*
Great vid lad, Norway is gonna be unreal looking forward to the next one🤙🏻
yes i can,t wait for the norway one
Thanks lads, posting weekly on this account thanks for the subscribe ❤

Check the tide times.
