I feel dumb for never realizing the double meaning of the whole "mole" plotline. It's not just about the 95-pound mole on ginny's massive ass. It's also about Paulie being a mole for Johnny Sack, giving away secrets of the Sopranos family.

The scene on the boat is so good because you, as the viewer, know the truth, and Tony knows it was Paulie that told John, and Paulie knows that Tony knows it was him, that's why he's nervous and nauseous, because he's very aware he is about to meet the same fate as Puss.
