Because dogs were domesticated to work, most dogs today thrive when they have a “job” of some sort. This is a rather unconventional job, but it clearly works for Benny! Love to see a dog thrive in unique & creative ways! What a Good Boy!

Animals, particularly dogs, just like to do what their owners do. If it's hiking, sailing, surfing, or in Benny's case, ice skating, they just want to be close to their owners. She's very careful and very proud of Benny. He even has his own skate bag!
What a special boy! I love that his Mom kept him busy with activities and exercise during lockdown; now that's a good Mom. Seeing him carry his skatiing bag brought tears to my eyes. He's a good skater and picked it right back up after a long spring training. What a guy, I love him!
I saw Benny at Skate America in Las Vegas in 2019. He was so cute.

Benny is a real athlete. He's trained and conditioned year round. I can tell Benny is very loved! Great love & teaching gets you this! Benny even have his own gym bag lol. I actually had to Google to make sure it wasn't already. Airbud has played basketball, football, soccer, baseball, and volleyball, but never hockey, although there was a movie about a chimp that played hockey.
