Powerful message. A subplot of the pharmacutical company being more interested in getting him to take their medication, then in trying to help him. My favorite Jim Carrey movie is The Truman Show, generally I'm not a fan of Jim Carrey, but in that movie he showed that he could act, instead of always playing the same character.

I enjoy the version Ft. Ellie King myself. Mainly you get a hint of the female perspective when she drops her verse.
Wow! So easy to relate to! Know what I'm talking about as I just stopped the chemical treatment for depression and anxiety. Now letting my body fight it with help from family and friends.

Coming from the era when it was generally not ok for boys/men to talk about having depression, anxiety, etc. I appreciate those that do. For me personally it still feels somewhat taboo I guess to openly speak on. Even from behind a screen. Was first diagnosed with depression only to be “upgraded” to bipolar disorder years later. Have had every kind of pill imaginable shoved down my throat at one time or another but all they ever did was make me numb. Not worse, not better, just existing. After over 2 decades of dealing with it I found that what helped me the most was constantly staying aware of my mental state and picking up on when I was about to cycle. By recognizing it was coming I could somewhat prepare for it, also let my loved ones know so they could also not be caught off guard. Idk thought it may help someone. To anyone dealing with anything like this just keep pushing til you find what works for you!

Dax’s music really makes you think and makes you feel things deep down. I definitely see you doing more of his songs in the future.

Dax has fantastic songs... check out Abyss... / Gotham/ the joker /God is calling / God's eyes / Book of Revelations / God's child / rap god 2 (which is 20 mins)& btw rap good 3 is coming soon at One hour 🎉 / He is Soooo versatile tht it's crazy.. He is truly anointed I swear. And is so So deep. He has ALOT of songs .. a beautiful balet to his mom... I have so much to say about him.
And then of course he did Black & White with Tom McDonald & then a great version of Oliver's Song North Richmond . All Genius. Just mk sure you stay close to him.. but also go bkwards in his titles. There's only 2 or 3 songs in his whole history that are ify & not excellent. Obviously he is a Godly man. A absolutely excellent thing to say in these days.

Hey Rosalie, First I wanna say that i love your reactions! I see that you don't have a playlist for songs from The Netherlands yet. Maybe you can give Chef'Special - Afraid Of The Dark (Official Video) a listen. The lead singer was going trough a though time and was suffering from depresion. This is a beautiful song!

I'm a poet who is afraid to share my work and my story with others because i feel my cries won't be heard even though it's through art. I have wasted my time with the devil and I've lost myself. Jesus found me searching for Him, but I was covered in blood. I have been literally destroying myself to be seen and heard. I wanted to show the world I wasn't a devil worshiper. I wanted to let God know that I love Him. So God kept me alive to be able to share my story in an artistic way. But the satanic battle in my mind I have brought on myself is killing me. And now my time on this Earth is coming to an end. So the time I do have, I will try to get my story out there before my demise. I'm just so scared. I am. Sorry

You keep the space clean and safe, allowing for the others to do their part. I'm 41 autistic and fear of doctors because I fear of being put on medication.
that's understandable. i know there are still good doctors out there, but it takes time to find them. don't lose hope. you are not alone
"therapist" when I look at the word, I break it up that's why I don't like that word. I don't have a problem with healing therapy
