I would like to see what different neighborhoods are like in Pensacola, talk to residents, why they like or don't like about where they live. Some people like walking or biking others don't mind driving even to the corner. What is it about their neighborhood that is great or not great. You mentioned traffic. The annoyance of traffic is all relative to what you are used to. Miami is traffic 24/7 whereas some other areas have traffic or bumper to bumper from 3-6p M-F. Be more specific. it helps. Just saying summer is vague. Weather.. that same thing can be said for most of the East Coast. I live in MD and when the seasons begin to change one day we have the heaters on in the car and the next day the a/c. and that cycle happens again. Summer sticky humid heat is the same in Southern Md as Florida. I believe that people who have issues with the weather come from places with low humidity. Anyway, just my thoughts.. my husband and I are looking to retire early and our eyes are looking in this area.
Hey there, Helena! Thanks for commenting! Most of the points that I discussed are most of the common questions that new residents often will ask when they are considering moving to an area. But we can definitely try to do a more in depth video on Pensacola. It is not the main market we serve, so we aren't over there all that often, but when I head over there again, I'll do my best to highlight the different neighborhoods and talk to some residents if I can!
