- Florida is known for its beautiful beaches, and with so many to choose from, it can be hard to decide where to go. Here are some of the best beaches in Florida to visit:
Caladesi Island State Park, Dunedin
South Beach, Miami
Clearwater Beach, Clearwater
Cocoa Beach, Cocoa
Henderson Beach State Park, Destin
Dry Tortugas National Park, Key West
Fort Lauderdale Beach, Fort Lauderdale
Siesta Key Beach, Sarasota
St. Pete Beach, St. Petersburg
Amelia Island State Park, Amelia Island
Each of these beaches has its own unique personality.
I went to Clearwater back in 2021 and the water was clear like that
No way!!!, I went to clear water in 2021 back in June. Small world. The water was very clean
Dude I live here and I’ve never once seen clear water like that 😂
@@isabelfigueroa6119yeah idk what Clearwater they been too 😂😂
Clearwater beach is NOT clear 😂😂😂
Then what beach is clear??
Destin should be #1 it’s the most beautiful beach I’ve ever been to!! ❤
I went to Clearwater beach back in 2022. The water was so clear and the sand so soft and white. And I went to Clearwater like a month ago probably.
Wow! Thanks for sharing I love Clearwater ❤❤❤
@@CoolerEmperor Yw I do too.
love it there
@@TomNimmo Same love that place.
I've looked it up on google. What's the hype? Does it look better in person? Like I haven't been there myself but with all due respect, why is it 'so nice'. It doesn't look very pretty
I’ve been to Panama City not beach and it’s so nice it’s never crowded no one yelling just straight chillin
Destin is still my favorite
clearwater for me but Destin running close second. It'll always be one of my favorites because it was my first florida experiance . I fell in love there, Hard... I should have moved there years ago, I will eventually its just beautiful there
I live in Destin 😃
sugar white sand, and emerald green/blue Caribbean like waters. cant beat that
Florida is on my bucket list to visit if I don't get to go to anymore states in my lifetime I just love to.visit Florida
Went to Caladesi Island beach years ago, AMAZING. So untouched and natural, it’s no surprise it’s one of the best!
Cocoa Beach is the best. Laid back and family friendly.
Love it here
for real its nice their
depends, its better for surfacing and waves, but the gulf coast is better for scenery
I completely agree. And love playing in the waves.
I went to a hotel right on the beach called Daytona beach. It was very fun and nice
Clearwater beach and cocoa beach look beautiful❤😊
I HAVE BEEN TO SOME OF THOSE BUT WHERE NEVER THAT CLEAN.
Been to Clearwater and Amelia, absolutely loved seeing the old fort and the old navy airfield at Amelia.
Don’t tell people about Amelia… it’s one of the few that’s still beautiful
@@AuntJemimaCakes fair point
I stayed in Treasure Island and walked over to the beach…so warm and beautiful ❤😊 and clear
I was born in New Smyrna Beach 68 years ago. I ❤ that Beach. Marathon in the Keys has crystal clear water. Florida is beautiful, but it is getting overcrowded.
Destin is #1. I've lived all over Fl.
🏝️ beaches yes and yes 🏝️ 🌊✨🌞😊☀️🌅🌴
I am surprised they didn't mention Anna Maria Island beaches, which in reality are comparable to the Maldives and the world's most beautiful white sandy beaches!
Siesta Beach is the best to me. The water is clear blue and the sand is fine white and very clean, your feet won’t burn, even if it’s hot. The water becomes deep very gradually.
Beaches are OK for a day or two but it can get boring...
@@stevewalther2293No one asked you Steven.
@@Jc-ks5lxsame to you
@@Jc-ks5lx😂
Y’all aren’t from Florida. You MFs only come in the winter… go back to Ohio and talk about corn fields and buckeyes 😂
Edit: the sky is also blue, the sun is hot, and the ocean gets deep 😂😂😂😂😂
Btw the sand gets really fuckin hot in the summer. Glad you guys haven’t ruined the good beaches in Sarasota yet. No local would ever tell ya so u gotta go to siesta…. It’s fine just keep ruining that one
I was born in Clearwater Florida and I used to live ion Amelia island
Got put Hallandale beach Florida on this list beautiful beach and restaurants.
That’s where my grandma lives
Wow,amazing
Literally just came back from Clearwater beach last week and the water is NOT like that. It's a muddy seafoam green color and it was like that 4 years ago when I went as well
I’m heading up there tomorrow, any beaches nearby that you would recommend with better water clarity?
@@casoncallis6534it’s nowhere nearby Clearwater but look up Navarre Beach, it’s in the panhandle of the state. The water clarity is incredible on a clear day.
I was just there yesterday and it was clear
@@casoncallis6534definitely go to siesta key. It’s the best beach, followed by St. Pete beach.
In the 2000s it was that clear
Ive been on a cruise before. And i went to the Bahamas beach. I also like the clear and i can see fish.
Very cool me too really beautiful the Bahamas ❤
Lived more than 4 years in Sarasota and Saint Pete paradises ❤🪞🇺🇲
blessed be United States
I went to Destin 3 weeks ago it was pretty and the fireworks and the water was so clear crystal blue 😍 and the sand was so white
I loved Clearwater beach, the water was so pretty and the town was too
Agreed. don't get off at the wrong exit in Tampa though. you'll see ugly like the worst part of chicago
Clearwater is a city
As someone who lives there it’s hit or miss, sometimes it’s good or bad. Usually good in spring break / June idk
I’m in cocoa beach rn as I type this
I recommend panama city beach its clear not usually busy hot but not too hot and you got shell island good fishing and good snorkeling
Cocoa has massive waves it’s so fun!!
I went to literally all of these beaches
Caladesi is beautiful and if you are looking to go underwater for shells their shells are amazing I have been to many beaches in Florida but this one stands out but just make sure you bring bug repellent around that season
Love amelia island so pretty 😍
No mention of Destin? The best beach in Florida..
I really needed this because I’m visiting key west in June
I have been to this beach called Anna Maria it’s very cool and beautiful!
Yoooooo
I live in Clearwater
It’s fantastic, there’s just a LOT of traffic 💀
fr thats relatable when i go to clearwater there aint nothing but traffic😭
Same here💀
Bradenton beach is another one
It’s about forty mins out from Sarasota and has a cute town
We collected beautiful shells which are all over
Deff recommend
Pensacola beach is a beautiful less crowded beach if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and just take in the views😊
I was just in Clearwater Beach 🏖️ with my family 4th & 5th. We stayed at the Hilton near pier 60. We did boat tours, mini golf, and ate good food. I had more fun there than Disney world 💯 😂
Is the water as clear as shown on this video?
@@KryssiKissesU yes it is! And it’s so much to do. the inner side of Florida is pretty much consistent, pretty blue calm waters. Just driving into clearwater we were smiling ear to ear of how beautiful the water was.
@@DaddysLittleGirl1993 Sounds great, I'm looking for a place to vacation in August. This may be it. Thank you so much for sharing. 😊
Me too
@@KryssiKissesU Clearwater and St.Pete are sort of like that but not all the time, also if you ever go to the panhandle, the "Redneck riveira" area from Pensacola to Panama City have beautiful emerald and blue colored waters, and quartz white sand.
it's been a long time since I've seen water clear as that. last time I saw it was up in Anna maria
And sunny isles north Miami is very beautiful too.
I go to destin i love it there im going on june 14th
Despite the strange name, Clearwater Beach is not known for having clear water but instead for having the softest sand. It's water is actually green or tea coloured. It was named after a pure springs that was clear but no longer remains. In order to see water that clear I think the springs are the best option as there are not beaches in Florida with such clear water. I looked it up and possibly Destin has the clearest water, but it is definitely not that clear.
"Clearwater Beach is a beautiful area. But let's get one thing straight: The water is not clear."
-Tampa Bay Times
Its not named that because the water is clear. It’s named Clearwater beach because it’s the beach that resides in the city of Clearwater. Pretty simple. Great comment btw!
@@HotTamale-wv3mf Thanks, I meant the city too.
the beaches around south beach miami are likely the clearest on the mainland since they shovel sand there continuously to make it better (plus its on the atlantic water not the gulf).
but im guessing the Keys are probably the clearest overall since theyre islands and the furthest out.
It used to be clear till the oil spill
Sunny isles beach
ive been to Destin FL 😊
Bahia Honda State Park, Singer Island, and Hollywood Beach are all stand outs as well.
Also, Rosemary Beach has its own little city/town
I saw a video about beaches in Florida. The water in Clearwater looked green,
1 beach =/= all beaches
It is green and not clear.
You’ve never been to FL, right.
I visited Sarasota and Ft. Lauderdale Beach really often and the water was clean.
The water isn’t dirty. It’s just it’s such a popular beach that a bunch of sand gets kicked up and makes the water appear cloudy but the water is pretty clear you just have to go to the more secluded and less known beaches.
Seagrove beach is one of the best! The emerald waters there are gorgeous
St Pete beach is my vacation and going there is like a dream- I would highly recommend going there for ur vacation
Sameee
i love that beach my grandma in st Pete took me (:
I went to Clearwater before and I’m going back soon!! So excited it’s stunning
I live so close to a Amelia island beach
The st Pete one is literally where me and my family go to for vacation every year!😂
I’m going to st Pete Florida I’m exited
Used to live in Fernandina Beach. It really is gorgeous l!
I just wen to Florida and this is one of the places I’ve been too and it’s it’s one of the best
I've been looking for a new beach to travel to when I go to south Florida. Thanks for sharing
Pass a grille is also very nice and Ana Maria
I went to panama city and the water was pretty nice
11. New Smyerna Beach, the shark biting capital of the world
I WAS IN DESTIN!!!!!
Destin is a very beautiful beach as well
I like clearwater, Destin is nice too but for some reason my penis is always wet there?
I know that was bad, probably funnier in my head
I am on the way to the Florida beach rn
St Augustine is a really good beach to
I already been to two on this list all in one trip. I’m living my bedtime life right now!
I’ve been to Clearwater and cocoa
I've been to Ft Lauderdale, Miami, key west, Daytona, Jacksonville, Orlando, and pretty much the rest on Atlantic side ...all beautiful. Crowded at times but still beautiful... would still go back to all..
There’s no beach in Orlando 😂 that’s in the center of the state
You would like Clearwater also. Nice beaches with white sand and sunsets.
Miami south beach is the best for fun Clearwater is god for scuba diving! All are good for vacationing.
I’m going to Clearwater in 6 weeks!
Just went to Henderson Beach State Park! It was great.
I love clearwater, and i actually used to live in Cocoa Beach!
I went to Destin Beach this summer periodd
Santa Rosa was so pretty, clear and beautiful and 30a area
So aesthetic
Saint Petersburg is beautiful I love the beaches there
If you want a quiet beach town that's not overly packed in the summer, Melbourne Beach is 20 miles south of Cocoa Beach and definitely worth a trip!
siesta key should be first bc it’s the number one beach in the usa i love it there
I am going to Clearwater tomorrow, for the first time🎉❤
The beach is awesome, water so clear. Hope your having fun
Seaside is my #1 no questions asked
I’ll never go near a water in Florida , you know why 😂
i’ve been to clearwater cocoa beach and siesta key
Raised in Sarasota, and I actually enjoyed many of the lesser-known beaches to Siesta Key. Traffic is inSANE unless you basically beat the sunrise. The bright white sand gets old quick during the intense summer sun, too. Otherwise it's fine. I never understood why it's like top so-and-so worldwide
My personal favorite in that area was Turtle Beach. Very thick and comfortable black sand, and a much more subdued atmosphere.
Lido Key is a nice one for the fun waves if you don't cry when one catches you and you go tits up. Head over heels I mean.
Otherwise visit Peace River and say hi to some alligators. And hey if you see Glenda, see if you can't get her to cough up my left foot. I miss it every day 😢
When I went to Sarasota the sand was literally white.
Yall need to go to Amelia Island it is so beautiful I go there every year ❤❤
I went to one in destin loved it
I have been going to Clearwater Beach for over 35 years and I have never seen the water that clear… 😢
I searched up New Mexico tour and this is what I got
I’ve been to Cocoa Beach and have you guys seen Daytona Beach? It is beautiful. And I’ve been to Clearwater
Seista key has the best sand ever, and depending on the day, the water is so clear. Anna Marie Island has a nice beach.
Omg no way I am in key west right now and it looks the same it’s navy blue and lightblue !
I went to Marco island
It was gorgeous
😳😱😵stunning 😍
I went to Fort Lauderdale beach in the summer of 2011, and I walked by the house of some famous designer. Then I met someone who said he was a far far cousin of Louis Amstrong. We had a drink at his house with some people and then I was again strolling down the beaches. What a wild time it was … ☺️
I’ve been to Clearwater, Siesta and Destin Miramar beach last week. Destin’s beaches is way better than Clearwater and Siesta. Clearwater was dirtier, trash all around and crowded too. Siesta was clean but was crowded.
I just moved to florida and never been to a beach here yet but I assume it would be just beautiful
Siesta is pretty but Maderia, Amelia and Destin is my weekend spots plus its more laid back less traffic 🙌🏾🩵💙🥂
Jacksonville is beautiful as well
Bro you missed honeymoon island in Florida I went a couple years back and it was amazing
Cocoa and Cocoa Beach are completely different cities.
if you don’t want to go that south into florida a really good beach that’s always clean is saint george island beach!
