So many beautiful HUGE houses... and nowhere for me to put my coat and shoes when I come in the door. This seems to be such a constant theme with designs modern and otherwise - so rare to have a closet close to the front entrance. Seems they were sacrificed so the architect could have his grand entry vision. My grand entry vision is not stepping over everyone's stinky shoes at the front door.
Why would you need a coat in Tennessee ? 😂 and coat closet are close to the garage doors not in the front door 😂 u probably dont own a house witj garage 😂

big homes have a mud room/area connected to the garage. nobody wants to see smelly shoes and clothes near the door. it looks like only smaller houses people put their shoes near the front door lmao

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love all the built-ins throughout, the master bedroom with the 2 hidden closets in the wall, and the master bathroom with the tub. I would put shelves and hanging dowels throughout both closets. I really love the cupboards in the kitchen and butler pantry. I love the balconies on the main floor and basement. I do love the outdoor bar area. I really love that secret room off the kitchen. That was cool looking. I would turn the basement into an apartment. I do love the garage area. This is a very gorgeous and unique home. You've really outdone yourself, Timothy.❤❤❤❤❤
My new all-around favorite. This is a beautiful home. Excellent layout and unique features. I need this in a 4 bedroom on a flat lot in Connecticut. 😂 No views needed, but I would appreciate a in ground pool. 🤌🏽

Timothy, start off, I love this home and unique hidden places. I wonder though, that driveway and walkway out front....if you get a ton of rain would it flow towards the house or garage? There are not many windows that open (the den has non). I love fresh air, esp with all that open space. All the glass on stairway, patio, doors etc, I could see fingerprints, dog nose prints and more that would get very dirty fast. I do love the master bedroom, garage, kitchen cabinets (they are gorgeous) and basement. PS Some of us do not like fireworks, either scared dogs, or I have heard from others that retired vets react to them as well.

A VERY extravagaint home, Timothy. I love the hidden rooms. Love the huge kitchen and pass through window to the patio. This house is HUGE. I don't know of anybody that NEEDS all of these amenities. I do however love the bathrooms/showers etc. I thought there would be bigger closets in the Master Bedroom downstairs. I know you showed that space with the square cube shape storage space and option to build the closet to your own taste with the $100.000. bonus in two places in this house. I loved the idea of the elevator. I want one in my dream home for all 3 levels.
Wow this home is amazing! I'm not super into this much modern but still. I really want to know what this house looked like in 97'? You can't tell at all it's from that era. They spent millions completely changing it. I mean I wonder if any walls were taken out, like did the layout get altered?

I do like the hidden areas but the house looks so corporate instead of homely. I’m sure that you are paying for the view which is gorgeous but the house is not for me. Great tour though and thanks for sharing.
Hopefully, you dodged the bad rain to the East. Dollywood got flooded on Saturday, and then Knoxville today in parts, plus a tornado in the general area you were at (don't tell the wife). I like the closet credit idea, walls would be full for the wifes clothes. I liked that room behind the cabinets in the kitchen too. I compare this to similar houses on the Left coast. The basement was just awesome bar looked nice. You would never have to leave.
Cool features but almost feels "museum-like" to me. I like something more "home-like". Hope that makes sense.

Many great ideas in this house, but not great closets. Closets shouldn’t have windows because clothes will fade.
I’m not a fan of the modern look. I always wonder how you can have such an expensive ($6M) home, but only one closet (not huge), and no ladies vanity in the master bath. The shower is awesome, for sure.

Nice home, not a fan of the formal dining room right when you walk in with no separation from the foyer.
No view out of the front of the home, no reason to not have a covered entryway. It doesn't have to overpower the front of the home, just something to protect people from the rain while they wait at the front door.
This is my home I just have to find where I put that 7million dollars 😮😂

Just like a French door refrigerator. It makes it easier to put heavier dishes in because you don't have a big door in the way.

This is beautiful but the problems is about all those wild fires who destroy everyone's life in USA. 😢😢
Clearly this house was gutted to the studs, and it's a rather stunning renovation with nearly everything that anyone could want. That said, I wish they had gotten a bit more aggressive on the exterior. The symmetry of the facade feels like a modernized Georgian house from the 90s. They could have done a bit more to hide that fact. Lastly, I think that they could have used even more garage space. I imagine the buyer will have more than 3 vehicles to store.

I think you need to pivot your channel. This home is 5M and the median income of Brentwood, TN is 66k. I'm way more interested in the person that buys that home rather than what the home looks like.
Renovated houses must be thoroughly researched and inspected. With the popularity of "Home Flippers" on TV there was a boom of people looking to make a quick buck by doing shoddy work and cutting corner trying to flip houses as quickly as possible. Homes at this price range are most likely done by very reputable builders/companies. However, as they say, buyer beware!
