These warehouses are replacing malls. Most of us shop differently now. Been going on for years now. Most no longer want to be bothered with going out to shop. It’s too much of a hassle to shower, get dressed, get gas, drive thru traffic, fight for parking, then schlep through store after store hoping to find what you need. Only to go home empty handed because they don’t have what you want. Heck my grandkids don’t even like going out to eat at a sit down restaurants. They are unncomfortable with waitresses or waiters who take their orders, drop off food and want to keep refilling their drinks. It boggles the mind. It is what it is. I’m 80. The world I want is never coming back.
My wife is the manager for a huge car parts warehouse. She tells me that no one comes to pick up pallets anymore. She can't get rid of them. This has been going on for at least two years now. I told her that the pallets stacking up behind her warehouse is a sign that no one needs them anymore. No one is shipping as much freight anymore. It used to be you could sell pallets back or at least they would be picked up.....
Those homes are so damned close to each other you probably can hear your neighbor flush his toilet. And by the time those trees grow to full size, half of those homes will be given back to the banks. What sucker would spend $500,000 on these boxes?
JB, I've seen a lot of the same type of empty warehouses driving through Pennsylvania. I think something more nefarious is at play with these things. With everything thats gone on during the past few years, how can you blame me.

Will get expensive very quickly. Was also thinking the value just sat there, know it depends on age but they're at least $20 000 to $30 000 each. Even if they're leased on a good rate got to be $100 per week per trailer and when multiplied by 500 that's $50k.
