I really can’t think of a better wealth creator than the stock market, I went from living pay check to pay check to living the life of my dreams. I’m considering investing in other ventures as well.

With my FA Dan Raziel at the helm of my trades, and having monitored my portfolio performance, there’s been significant increase in my annual return. It’s barley 2 years and I’m headed to the 7 figure income soon.

I'm still in the last year of high school and this gives me some idea how I'm planning to achieve my goals. I have so many goals achieve but I had hard time to think what I should but not after watching this video. ❤️
To buy a home you not only need to make saving for the home itself but also for the registration and stamp duty which is mandatory to be paid. Some extra savings for furnitures, decores(getting the home painted), electric fittings and other miscellaneous like paying security charge installation of new electricity metre, gas cylinder subscriptions as well.
Buying a home before 25 is possible if you're earning minimum 50k a month and I guess very less jobs pays so lucrative to freshers.
Though this video is motivating but I find it a bit to the hypothetical side.

U can use that saving to enhancing your skill. Its okay. I start doing this since i was 13. Now I'm 21 and i have enough to buy a small apartment. And i took piano course with that saving. Do it as early as you can. You wont regret.

casper sander this is true in short term the market fluctuates so rapidly. So, it is very important that we invest it for atleast 5 years for optimum growth or 10 years fr best growth. You already know the recession pd in India in 2007-2008 that time the people who had invested fr short term had suffered a lot. But the 1 who got the profit are the one who take out their money in 2011 and so on.

It IS about gender. Ignoring gender means ignoring the pressures and lack of opportunities women faced.
Girls and women are always told to sacrifice for family. Its a very wide phenomenon that even working women spend and save more for others rather than themselves. Saving and spending for yourself is seen as selfish. This should not be the case.
Everyone should invest. But women should be encouraged even more so they break the barriers.

It's a very nice video... Even family conditions matter alot... Now I'm 23 I earn good amount of money but I have family responsibilities too... Like from mob recharge to home rent, groceries...

I have my expenses too...
If I would hvnt had these responsibilities I would have definitely brought a home before turning 25
I have all the same responsibilities and a LOT more than that.

It's a great video indeed. I too had accomplished my dream of an apartment by 25. Everything you mentioned is indeed the path to achieve it especially the mid-risk investment.
Just one thing I wanted to add: apart from savings and investment one needs a fairly good payscale as well at an younger age, so after the research & the planning, based on the current state, one should also work to get a dream job to follow the planned things.
