You can mix your Aloe vera and water if you think the quantity is not enough. Aloe vera tends to water down with time, the viscosity doesn't last long. It's always best for your water solution to be at the same temperature as your oil base, so it can easily be mixed together. If it's not, your E wax might start to congil, which you can easily fix by melting everything together again, but to save you time, just heat both water and oil.
Okay. Ideally the amount of preservative you're suppose to add is 1% of the entire product you're making, but if you're not sure of the potency of the preservative then it's best you go higher (double it if possible)

Is the liquid germal plus alone good for the preservative? Because you used aloe vera that's y I asked and aloe vera is preserved by using citrus.
