    I took a broom today & used as a yoke to walk around & stretch with. I remember seeing a short video about this practice, in Japan as a daily health practice, and it makes sense. And as always B & B channel reads my mind & posts about posture- haven’t watched yet but I bet a stick is involved…

    1:13 Elbows, hands and wrist should touch the wall. But if wrist does not touch the wall, that indicates rounded shoulders. In which case., the leaning forward into corner exercise could be helpful.

    Well you guys I have a question and I know what you're talking about because I used to do these exercises until this happened to me I've got bone on bone on my shoulder and I've had it for almost a year and it's a painful at times so I just kind of push my chin backwards and just try to keep reminding myself to keep my shoulders even with my hips any more suggestions until I can get this taken care of and can you get by with not having a surgery on a bone on bone shoulder but it has a alleviated down to my forearm and my wrist sometimes and then it'll go back up to my bicep so I'm just stuck.

      Also, here is a link with some videos that may help your shoulder issues as well: www.youtube.com/@BobBrad/search?query=bone%20on%20bone%20shoulder
      A posture corrector might be a good idea just for now when you can't do the exercises.

    Off topic question….
    I’m 30 with a herniated disk issue for the past decade….
    I lift weights regularly and was wondering if I got disk replacement surgery could I keep doing lifts like deadlifts and barbell squats

    • @BobandBrad
      @BobandBrad  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Everyone's bodies are unique and some herniated discs are worse than others. Have you tried physical therapy to help you herniated disc first? Here is a link to some videos that may help you. You should be able to return to some level of working out but we would suggest you consult your doctor on your specific situation and depending on the course you choose to take: www.youtube.com/@BobBrad/search?query=herniated%20disc

    I do enjoy you both. However, I feel I need to comment regarding walking with hands behind the back. First of all then you lose your proprioception and rotation of the spine with your arms giving in an alternating reciprocal swing with your legs. People that you see on the street walking like that particularly from Asia have extremely rounded shoulders and pressure on the rotator cuff. Try pole walking instead with plenty of opportunity to get your shoulders back and head over spine.
