Thank you! Is it possible for a consultant from our home country to sign our CREST form? Due to COVID, my PLAB2 will probably be next year. So I was thinking of running through the CREST with my current consultant for a period of 3 months and then after PLAB2, take a temporary job and complete all other requirements needed for a strong training application
If you can complete all that the CREST form is asking of you, then it can be signed from abroad if the signator meets the criteria mentioned on the form. Just make sure you don't use a form from the previous year.

Yes you wouldn't be discriminated on this basis. You would need to inform occupational health on starting your job and if provisions need to be made, they will ensure it.

Hello Vanessa! Brexit is more on those who were benefitting by have EU/EEA nationality. Currently, the UK has placed doctors on a shortage list, so they are actively recruiting doctors, even taking away any restrictions related to visa and training recruitment.
