The person who can’t drive around a bend in this car really needs to take her test again 😏regarding the range .. it was designed with a smallish battery pack essentially for city driving, you don’t buy a sports car and then complain it doesn’t carry passengers.

It's a shame I didn't get to drive it in dodgy conditions to check myself but it did feel front heavy.

I’ve had my Mini Cooper Se for three months and I’m a very experienced drive and found out for myself how difficult they can be in cold frosty conditions around bends. I’ve driven the same route for years in petrol car, manly Audi’s and BMW’s and never experienced anything like I have with this car. Due to a mixture of the acceleration, the harsh braking of the re-gen brakes and the weight . I slowed down to enter a blind bend then accelerated on the way out, hitting a patch of ice, the traction control kick in as well as the re-gen brakes frowning the car all over the road, bouncing me off the curb. Any other car I would’ve come away with damage to my alloys and tracking needing repairing. But due to the extra weight of the car I needed a new anti roll bar, two new alloys, tires and a factory reset on the computer system due to it think I’d been in a collision. You might think a was going to fast, you’d be wrong this was at 20 mph
