Getting a Mini electric level 3 on 11th Dec and have been watching reviews of them on TH-cam. This is a really great review thank you!! Can't wait getting excited now!
I have been keeping up with Mini electric reviews, and they are impressive. I am purchasing it for drive to work. Though its purchase cost is more expensive, it is a great investment with much more savings in the long run. Also, i don't have to put up with nauseating car exhaust. The car's arrival is next month. I look forward to driving it.
My girlfriend wants one of these but the small range puts us off also the cost of public charging is very high we have a drive but for longer journeys it would be very difficult nice car though
I've owned a Peugeot e-208 GT for the past 12 months, great car but I'm always driving alone so 4 seats is unnecessary. I've learnt how to plan trips efficiently without charging often. So, this is perfect for me. I've purchased an ex demonstrator level 3 with 2k miles in midnight black. I have to drive up north next week to collect it and accompany it back to London with a transporter. I don't really mind if it's 100 mile range, I've got 200 miles with the e-208 and I barely use it. I do regularly drive to Surrey Hills where there's a Tesla supercharger in Box Hill open to non-Tesla and I love driving around country lanes. Not so much fun with the e-208, super excited for the Mini go kart handing. I've ordered the JCW front and rear bumper to make it look even more unique and non-EV.
@@CarMadDad Wish me luck, I’ve got the JCW front and rear bumper. Could be an expensive mistake if it doesn’t fit 😬 If it does, next challenge is to cover the airflow at the front (except for the bottom where the cooler/radiator is located).
For me the range just isn't there. I would really like a Honda E, but similar to this mini, the lack of range means its almost the inverse of a weekend car. I would only use it for commuting which makes one dimensional transport and it a very expensive way to get to work.

Good luck 🤞

Fair enough chappy
Range for sure means it won’t work for 50% of potential buyers - but for some it will cut the mustard
