myPhonak app: troubleshooting connection issues

In this video, Louai (audiologist, Value Hearing) discusses how to unpair and repair your Phonak (Marvel, Paradise or Lumity) hearing aids to the myPhonak app. This is particularly relevant if you're experiencing any connection issues to the app.
Other troubleshooting tips if you're experiencing problems using the myPhonak app include restarting your Smartphone or, if all else fails, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

let's see if you're human beings :) i've a couple decades in audio programming, "golden ears' as they say, i have developed perceptual acuity eg. from years of spectral analysis.
audiologists seem to basically sell hearing aids. i maintain my hearing by H2O2 irrigation since youth though several years ago i seemed to receive an infection that fills sinuses around my ears with fluid, which self resonates in worst conditions (eg. bass oscillation 24/7). my ears also produce enough cack that i physically pump it out with my fingers each morning, removing a significant volume of fluid for the sonoran desert. it takes several good goes until they aren't moist. can't you tell me something about the physiology to help me dry up my ears. i've tried every antibiotic substance i can obtain without actually paying for an audiologist (i cannot, i live in the u.s.a.). do everybody's ears fill up with cheese when they get old but only i use peroxide?
