TV connector pairs but no audio. My model connector does not have volume controls. When unit pairs and I get the confirmation tones the light turns green but no blue light. Any ideas?

The volume buttons on the tv connector don't do anything to the sound to my hearing aids. It's as though it's not connected. The green light is on.

Very clear thank. I am connected successfully but am not happy with the TV connector controls I . do not find the TV connector on/off buttons and volume control responsive at all.

Just got my TV connector (V2) today. A couple of issues. 1) The power and volume buttons are not responsive, 2) the distance range is limited to 20 feet (line of sight - no obstructions), instead of 50 feet claimed by Phonak. Otherwise it works well. Can control volume with buttons on my Lumity L90's.

When using on my computer during silent times the connector goes into standby mode is there a way to turn off auto standby mode?
