- One of the biggest mistakes I see beginners make is that they lift with their arms and their backs when attempting to get a Single Leg takedown in Wrestling or Jiu-Jitsu.
Today's video is going to be a quick breakdown of utilizing fakes and head pressure to enter in on the Single Leg.
We will not focus on the finishes in this video, although I have a whole instructional at Brandonreed3x.com/store which breaks Single takedown finishes down called "All the Single Legs"
Whether or not you're a No-Gi, Gi, or MMA Grappler, I think the tips in this video can be pretty helpful.
