    Wedged tenons provided strength, small tolerance of mortise sizing variation and a pleasing aesthetic contrast. All handy attributes for an item in use in a busy area of a home- or workshop. General design appeared robust, functional and aesthetically ok. Impressed with the description, tips and video. Thanks, I look forward to future videos. Gary

    You definitively need a bigger band saw. You need a bigger router. You need a large jointer and a belt sander and a big planer. I would even say that you also need decent CNC, a new Domino and a Shaper Origin. I hope new sponsors will line up. Also for a fancy table saw.

    • @KevBotWorkshop

      haha thanks man! my shop has grown tremendously since that build so we are in better hands but theres always room for sponsors ;)

    These f’n angles are hard as hell to figure out!!, it took me 5 hours just to build the build the bottom section and I kreged everything together.

    • @KevBotWorkshop
      @KevBotWorkshop  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      yes angles are obnoxious. I made a test out of pine so I could get them right. To help angles should be relatively close for the tilt of the legs and the cross bars.

    Hi Kevin! what is the length of that second router bit that you use for the seat? I think I need to buy one of those for the same reason as you, I want to do that same round seat but my straight bit is to short, like 1 1/4" or less..

    Hello! I am building a stool currently and I ran into the same issue with my legs a little out of whack. When you fixed this did you run just one leg through the table saw blade?

    • @KevBotWorkshop
      @KevBotWorkshop  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      You most likely have to adjust each leg to get it just right. What I did was do the opposite leg first and then work from there. Do a little at a time until you fix the wobble. Cheers
