That was really clean and well done. The people that aren’t seeing the value in this are lazy or working in a garage - not a state of the art shop that gets top shop labor rates. True professionals, shops like this sell $3MM. If you don’t know what $3MM is, it’s because you don’t know how to sell.

Had this happen to me like I don’t know a bunch about cars but I know a bit. I changed my own brakes recently and had the tires off I’ll get back to that in a sec. But it was winter time and I don’t own a garage I usually do my own oil changes but it was snowing and ugly so I decided to call a good repair shop had good reviews. Took my car there did the oil change guy comes back says it’s all done but he had some other things he found. He said my battery was little low I already knew this so I knew they weren’t lying there. But then he says my seal on my axel that plugs into the transmission was leaking a bit. I knew he was lying cause when I did my brakes I had the wheels off and I checked everything out and there was no leaks maybe leaked a little cars old but there’s no clicking sounds in my axel. He quoted me 130 for a battery and 250 some to do the axel seal. Labor is in the full so almost 400 for a battery and new axel seal not bad but I was thinking I don’t think it’s a dyer need too be replaced right now. Yea car cranks little slower in winter but the battery still pretty good and the axel dosnt have ripped boots and the grease isn’t everywhere it’s literally a small leak when looked at it. I know they are doing there jobs but they always come up to you make it sound scary that you gotta get it fixed now when really you probably don’t. My luck I could probably go another year with that axel I don’t drive as much so I’m not to worried right now.

They want to help youprotect your investment. Vehicles are on the road much longer and small maintenance items like that can compound and add up when neglected.

Jean Hermans Yep guy said my CV axel was leaking out of the transmission but he had no pics to show me what he saw. I got the car home jacked it up took tire off looked my self it was just a small leak not even wasn’t even dripping. Drove the car like that another two years no problems

@@ryans413 so it was leaking, he didn’t lie. You just didn’t wanna pay for it.
