Amen. I’ve been burned selling online many times by no-shows, lowballers, fence-sitters and crazies. People are nuts. I gave away a Trek mountain bike on Craigslist once, “free at the curb” with a decent description, then went to the port to turn my wife’s car in for shipment. My phone started blowing up with texts, along the lines of “can you hold it?” (No, it’s free at the curb, it may already be gone), or “can you upload pictures” (No, I’m not selling it, it’s a free bike). SMH.

A dealer has no obligation whatsoever to hold a vehicle, RV, Camper, etc, for a buyer!! It's a courtesy if the dealer holds the vehicle without a deposit. And the buyer missed 3 appts, no accountability whatsoever!! Your response to his email was great Craig!! You did absolutely nothing wrong!! Some people think they can do whatever they want or make others do what they want or comply with their unreasonable requests!! Not how the world works!! You have a family, business etc, whoever has the money or financing available first gets the vehicle, RV etc. You snooze, you lose!! If you want something bad enough do something about it, don't expect others to cater to you or wait for you to be ready! Crazy how so many people think world revolves around them!
As a used car lot. I TOTALLY understand you Craig. We don't do anymore favors, or special considerations for anyone. Meaning that we wont change any tires, wheels or pull my nice set of wheels off one car to the other just so they can see if they want to buy. It's frustrating dealing with entitled customers. Not all of them are like that though!
Hell I'm a people pleaser but when it comes to wheels and tires, I would never swap them between cars just because. Use your imagination. You should want the base vehicle first. Then if you want to accessorize it I can help with that. If you're using my shop to preview something you wanna do on some other car somewhere else in the world that's a disrespect to my time to help actual customers, but more importantly my tech's time. We provide actual service on owned cars, so he has better things to do for people who actually need service than letting some random play car dress up.
1st to the table with money (& good negotiation skills) wins. Blow me off 3 times, the price goes up. It's called business. You come across totally transparent, honest and admit your challenges.
Had you told Angry Trailer Guy that there were others interested, he'd have accused you of lying to raise the price. The non-refundable deposit isn't legal everywhere and I wouldn't do it if it were. If someone doesn't have rent on the first, they won't have it on the third.
This is what I ALWAYS do. Worked when I had my dealership and works in the private sector. I ask what time they're coming. If they say tomorrow, I tell them there are other people interested. I'm not going to hold it specifically for you. If they say they are 5 hours away, I tell them that they are first in line. I will give you 8 hours to get here and as long as I can reach you by phone during your trip, I will hold it for you. If your phone is off, the guy standing next to the vehicle is going to get it. Make sure you have your phone ON. Many people have told me that they're coming but never show up. The serious people have no problem with that. I don't expect anyone to start driving for a 5 hour trip without some assurance that I will hold it. Every subsequent caller is told of the situation, so there's no confusion. If Mr. "I'm coming right now, hold it for 5 hours " doesn't answer his phone at the 6 hour mark (after I make 10 attempts), the guy who shows up gets it. Simple and fair.

People can disagree all they want, I’ve been to a lot of car dealerships, used-not used, you my friend are extremely professional, I can tell you care about your customers, I can tell you’ve worked hard to get to where your at with this company today and that’s awesome. One of these days I’ll have to take a trip over and meet you, I’m a Michigander myself. But a huge fan of your channel.
I had something similar happen when I was selling a Supra privately. Guy came from about an hour away to look at the car and said he wanted it. He made three different appointments to pick up the car but came up with an excuse each time and never arrived. This went on for two weeks. Another guy called, came to see it, and picked it up the same day. I called the first guy to tell him it was sold and he threatened to sue me! I just laughed at him and told him go for it. Some people are just unbelievable!
I just had this happen to me last weekend. I was helping my son buy a car and we found one that met his needs about an hour away. I contacted the dealer and made an appointment with a sales person for the next morning. We arrive and while we were looking the car over, we are told it had sold just a few mins prior. Literally "missed it by that much". No reason to get mad about it, it is what it is. Its not a buyers car until money exchanges hands.
@@nervotica7991first come, first serve. If you told me you gonna come to see the car in 2 hours, thats fine you can come, but if someone shows up earlier and buys the car, then the car is sold. No one cares if you have appointment.
Great video Craig. Gives an honest simple look into what a business owner has to deal with. My family owns 3 liquor stores in MA and when we would start complaining about customers my WWII Marine dad would slyly say "Ah the Romance of business, the joys of dealing with the public"
Craig you did the right thing with the trailer. You made 3 appointment for the guy and he didn't show up. Thats not your fault. You have a business to run.
I've bought cars out of state that I've held with deposits before. These were refundable, but in the neighborhood of 500-1000 bucks to show that I was serious. I would get very thorough information and tell the dealer that as long as everything was in line with expectations the deal would go through. Never had any problems.
I just came across your channel. Even though I don't sell cars I deal with showing and leasing apartments, what a great bunch of examples you give!! With the scheduling of 2 or more appointments at the same time, you perfectly express that uncomfortable cringe that can easily end up happening. edit: and after reading a couple of comments, I realized I forgot about trailer guy the first example......it's sad that some adults didn't get simple manners installed in their brains as kids. It just ends up making them more miserable as adults. Hopefully it JUST gives you great content and not migraines.....lol.
Those kind of people are the kind of people they claim you are. You are doing the right thing by the way you do business and don't hold, take no deposit, etc., unless you have a signed contract to purchase. And usually they are the ones (who name call, complain, etc..) that can't act on the purchase to begin with. Keep doing YOU!
Craig, you are really letting all this BS get to you. It is not healthy. Just let it go. You know your business, and you know what type of business you are in.
@@andydhillon1977 Andy, what does that have to do with anything Craig projects? But if you care, I own an Industrial Metal Supply business. Does that help you?
Craig, I have watched a lot of your videos and you are a decent person. It is Angry Trailer Guy's fault that he didn't get the trailer, not yours. You take ownership of things that are your responsibility (and sometimes things that are not your responsibility, because you are a decent person). Some other people don't. With them it is always someone else's fault. Just let it go, you can't please everyone.
Craig! Didn't have a problem selling my 1957 Chevy Bel Air off a Craigslist ad! Said I wanted cash! Guess what! Some guy contacted me said he wanted to see the car that evening! He Loved it! I sold it for cash!! He had it ready !! Soo.o.o.o. I took that cash, the money I got from my 32 Ford Victoria, the money I got from my 1967 Old Cutlass Convertible and (I had been on the corvette waiting list almost 2 years and got a 2023 C-8 Stringray! It took me three cars but I got it parked in my garage!!!!
I really appreciate all of your in-site into this industry. I recently had a vehicle sold out from under me (4th new truck I’ve purchased from the same dealership). I was literally in the middle of negotiations when I was told the truck had sold (trying to get them to come up a little more $ on my trade in). My mistake was trying to work the deal over the phone. Someone else beat me to the truck and negotiated in person, and they got the truck. I was a little pissed off, but I understand. In the end, they have to do what makes the most sense, financially. It is a business after all. Keep up the great vids! Thank You!
It's like buying a house, first come.. first served. No difference at all. I must say, I appreciate you and being a hard worker, and honest man. I wish you well, and don't let anyone in retail selling cars put you down. You are a good man.
LOL, I love it when people get pissed off at me for not trusting them at their word. To be fair, my parting words to whoever I talk to on the phone wanting to set up a time to buy what I'm selling are "I've got several people interested in buying my (whatever). The first person to show up gets it." In one instance two buyers showed up at the same time. I told them to figure it out between them. I said nothing after that. I watched and listened to them discuss it until they resolved the situation. After listening to your experiences, it seems that I got lucky that both parties settled the matter. By covering yourself as thoroughly as you do, you do as much as can be done. People are unpredictable. You're doing great. Keep a "thick skin."
I had a dealership where I had to make an appointment to see a car and when I got there for my appointment they let a walk in take the car that I had an appointment to see and drive. I chewed them out and will never go back to them. I got a better car from a dealership that is in another state and had a better deal and interaction with them. It is even hard to sell a car to people and not be a dealer. They seem to act the same way.
I was a dealer for 16 years and I rarely let this sort of thing get to me. It’s not productive. You’d be better to vent on paper, wait 24 hours and then move on. Onto the next one! My mentality was always ‘where’s my next deal’, not ‘that hurt my feelings’… I feel like you know this but you wanted the content. Either that or you’re actually at the end of your tether and need to get out of the industry. I can relate to that! I got out and have zero regrets!
I think he knows what your saying but he teaches others here. So, he needs material for his videos and a little drama never hurts the storyline. BTW, I agree with you. Yes we got to deal with people but we should never let their personal issues mess with us. It’s not our issues it’s on them.🤔👍🏻
Craig I really appreciate the behind-the-scenes look of what you go through to keep your business going this video is very educational and I’m going to share it with family and friends My best wishes to you always from Las Vegas Craíg Bravo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Been there. Done that. As a confirmed car guy who worked thru college tuition as a Porsche tech. I never took deposits. And I’ve also heard every excuse in the book. I’d tell anyone who asked. I’m not your savings and loan. LoL. Thanks
Good video Craig. First come first serve. I always tell people to get there time, cash together and then call me or txt me. I also just lay it all out for them on my ad. Side note, I'm not a dealer and I'm not as successful like you brother, I'm just commenting. I just buy and sell things. Your channel is my favorite. Thank you
Stop apologizing for or to people you don’t owe ANYTHING to! Your time is worth something as well. The fact you responded to them is more than I would have done.
About keeping peoples retainer of $250, that is ok if the customer knows, but if they cancel that deal and buy another car off you within 30 days, I would give them that towards other vehicle.
Thanks for your videos Craig! You,re an honest and fair car Dealer, I live in Mass and I won’t hesitate buying a car from you next time I need one. Good luck!
there was a car in the paper. I came early first thing in the morning with cash after I test drove the car and I bought it. Person realized they should have asked for more money as a few people came by when I was giving the person cash.
Now you link your TH-cam to your comments showing in prior videos that ypu say the first with cash gets it. Just proves more that your a man of your word.
I enjoyed this video Craig. Like Phillip I have been dealing in used cars for many years but i'm just a young kid at 72 to his 84. LOL! I have been watching you for a long time and have always thought you treat customers as fair as possible. There are times that you just can't please everyone and as hard as you try your best in the end YOU are the bad guy. In order to be in this business as long as you have you must be doing something right and you my friend do it right. Stay safe and God Bless you and your family.
here's how you work a deposit: non-refundable, and they have 24 hours to pay the remainder. Extra cash for you through a binding contract. It's a fee for your time.
Happens all the time. A car will be 75 days old and then all of the sudden 3 people will try to buy it at the same time and then get offended if we sell it to someone else, especially the people who miss appointments!
I am pretty sure that you don't let your feelings get hurt too badly. You make great videos and you are funny, plus you love family. Love never Fails 💖
Craig, at the end of the day you kept the high road and did not lose your composure. As you know in when dealing with the public it's impossible to make everyone happy, especially someone who obviously has issues to begin with. Love the channel and stay true to yourself, you did absolutely the right thing!
I did that once as I remember.....Sold the car before somebody who called on the car showed up and boy was he mad....lol....First cash always takes it every time....
Your methods make sense, I don't know why some people just don't get it. I've missed out on a vehicle that I had an appointment to see, someone else bought it before my appointment. Sure, I was disappointed, but I figured that wasn't meant for me. I was in the market for something very specific, Jeep Wrangler TJ Unlimited (only made for three years) with a manual transmission and hard top. A few months later I found and even better one (also with Rubicon package) someone else backed out on and I showed up with cash and bought it. Cheers.
You snooze you loose. That awhole did alot of snoozing. You did the right thing. Some people think the world revolves around themselves. Stay strong. You are a good person with a soul. Keep up the good work.!!
Hi Craig, love your videos & info. 👍 Question: would a higher NON REFUNDABLE deposit work better, worse or the same? If someone KNOWS they want to buy, should have no issue with a larger deposit ($500-$1000?). Those who are kicking tires will likely be deterred from leaving a deposit. Thoughts? Would love to hear your thoughts.
There’s a big difference between an honest small business owner and some of the snakes in your industry. There’s a reason people hate car dealers especially the larger guys that stuff loans with warranty’s and other extras, they lie about fees, etc. The sickening part is all the entitled people think they are owed something. Good for you for sticking up for yourself. Just found the channel a few days ago love the videos. I am a NH resident from Laconia.
I feel you, I've had those people as well. I usually dont bother replying back anymore, also never take deposits for the same reasons you mentioned. Heck even last few rude people i just reply with memes or gif's
People need to understand they're buying a USED CAR, not a brand new one. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, I'm 78, and there's few dealers that are as transparent as you are. CYA always.
I operate a very small cable tv company and have for about 30 years. The way some people have treated me at times is obscene. Most of my customers are nice respectful people, but it only takes a handful to really bring me down. I think until someone walks in your shoes they tend to underestimate the toll this type of abuse can bring.
I can totally relate , had to sell a boat last year and decided to use Facebook market place . out of the 30 people interested I went with the customer that was the most up front courteous and knowledgeable. we both walked away happy . but I got a few f u 's from tire kickers. it's very hard to bite your tongue when people are rude . but the sale is done . learned alot for the next 3 boats I have to sell. live and learn
you'll leather up !!! when you work with the public about 1 percent are crapheads!!! that guy probably would have tried to talk you down !!! if he showed up !! first $$$ gets the item !!! just keep doing the right thing !!! you and your family is the only people you have to answer too !!! keep up the good work!!!!!
I agree with you 100%. Tough decisions you have to make but you have a business to run. You have less hassle and stress by dealing with customers as you do, which is perfectly fair and reasonable btw. Ignore these mean spirited people…
I have a few cool bmx bikes from the 90s Craig...and the 80s, 70s... No deposit, cash is king :). I feel your pain, sold a van awhile back and got messages for weeks is the van still for sale ? i called you about 3 weeks ago and wanted to see it.... had tons of messages of "buyers" trying to negotiate before an onsite view. The first guy who came to actually see it bought it at my price, it was a deal.
I had a similar situation years ago on a private party sale. I had a fairly rough '69 Mustang Mach 1 that I bought to drive while my nice '69 Mach 1 was being finished. Upon completion of the nice car, I listed the rough but daily driven car for sale, and clearly underpriced it- I got a lot of interest. I told each person that contacted me that I would sell it to the first person who showed up with cash in hand. One guy came and looked at it, told me he loved it and would go get the cash right away. I told him then that if someone else showed up with cash it would be sold and he said he understood. I didn't hear from him for 2 days. The next guy who showed up came with cash in hand, we made a deal and the car was sold. As we were finishing the paperwork, here comes guy #1 again. I pulled him off to the side and told him the car was already sold AS I TOLD HIM- he threw a big fit, wanted to fight me and the buyer in the street right there. As I blocked him from the seller, my deputy sheriff neighbor heard the commotion and came over- in uniform. Amazingly, angry man immediately stopped, jumped in his truck and left- not before yelling a comment out the door about how he would be back to finish the "ass whuppin". Never saw the dude again. Some people are just wound too tight.
Haha I totally understand the bmx thing , I had a massive 90s early 2000s collection of bmxs. I would drop everything no matter what time of day or night to make sure I got the deal , even when buying bikes from the USA I would pay asking straight away and arrange shipping to Australia
At least you have the decency to let the customer know it was sold. I've had two new vehicles "get sold out from under me", and I had no idea until I showed up for my test drive appointment. And I get it, ya snooze ya lose, and obviously the new car dealer wants to still get you in there in hopes of selling you something else. But I knew what I wanted, they no longer had it, so I just politely took my business elsewhere, no hard feelings.
"It wasn't meant to be." is how my wife and I look at it! I found a great 2007 Mustang convertible, 67,000 miles, used car dealer in Houston, we were going to a Kid Rock/Foreigner concert in Houston, if it's still there when we go we're buying it! Got there Friday and car was gone but it was a great concert!
you are starting to grow on me....if you were in my state, I may slow down and look, but I still would be Leary....I don't buy from car dealers but maybe....and cash of course!
This sounds like a reasonable policy. I buy and sell used stuff all the time. If I am interested in an item and I can't make it right away, or if I am not 100% sure I want to buy the item, I always tell the seller if someone else comes with cash, sell it to them. All I ask is that they let me know. I also do the similar when I am selling something. Though as a seller I am a bit nicer. I usually will hold an item if the person says they want it and will come in a day or two. Anyone else who contacts me will be told that I have another buyer ahead of them but I will let them know if the deal falls through. The one and only time I make exceptions is if it is someone I know that is looking to buy from me. At that point I will hold an item longer and I might even give them a break on the price. But I am not a business, I am someone trying to sell stuff I don't need.
Damn, that deposit thing really escalated quickly! Never realized there could be such an obvious a downside to deposits! It's almost as though you need to have a VERY clear deposit policy, perhaps something where first with the cash wins, but a deposit buys them a 24 hour hold on anyone else being first with the cash, and where it's all managed with some sort of electronic system so there's no room for error.
It's certainly not easy, and it's more likely to be wrong than right. It is very interesting to hear things from the car dealer's perspective. You do a good job in difficult situations.
You did exactly what anyone else would have done .. That’s been the rule since the test of time .. He needs to blame his self for not showing up period .. And to speak to you like that speaks volumes about the person he really is ..
I understand many people in this world think they deserve everything at their convenience. I believe this Star with the rules from schools homes and government laws. And people become so delicate.
One of the things I learned (Like your boat sale where they were so far away): don't buy or want to buy things that are far away. It's a risk. I kind of got rooked into buying a POS ford truck because I'd driven 3 1/2 hrs to buy it, it had issues, (like all fords) and I should have turned around and walked but because I'd taken a day off work and driven that whole way...I didn't want it to be a waste of my time. It's the same as ordering a new vehicle. I will never order a vehicle ever again. I ordered a new vehicle, it comes in, whoopsy, it doesn't have everything I ordered on it. On the purchase agreement it had "subject to availability" and since they were short on that part/option "sorry not sorry sucks to be you". Since then the vehicle I'm buying is the vehicle I'm driving.
Cash is King! Keep the "Convertible Escalade " it owes you nothing! The engine is worth that alone. By the way I believe the child safety lock is on the driver switch. It is pressed on the right side, my opinion first come first sale!
Craig that's a lovely Trailer. If I gave you a deposit would you bring it over to Ireland for me lol 😆 but Seriously you did the right thing buddy. First come first served. Your too nice Craig The Weather is mad there. Rain and then sunny 🌞
When I was in the car business I worked for a long term very astute store. We had a saying. “ it’s either sold or it’s not”. We took no deposits or holds and we NEVER had a problem!
Honestly that dude that got angry at you was probably a bogus buyer, if he showed up he would’ve 100% tried to lower the asking price, when I sell stuff I always write “first come, first served” and sometimes: “being sold as is”, on the ad, plus you get a feel of the buyer by how they message you, some are easy to deal with and some try to be slick, furthermore I usually just ignore hate/negative messages like that, some people take pride in being time wasters, and I have no idea why lol, some people out there think that they are the shit and can get whatever they want, I usually don’t like to deal with people like that, I’m more than comfortable to wait for a buyer I’m comfortable with, some might not like it but it’s my choice as a seller, not trying to waste anybody’s time, I’m proud of all my sales because I know the items are going to like minded people like me, still have connections with all buyers up to this day
SMH.
You didn’t accept any deposits for that FREE item? Lol

People want everything for nothing ,quite being to nice. Bussness is Bussness period.

First come first serve , people will leave a deposit and never come back for a month then come back and expect it to be waiting for them 😂
Pretty solid response. Well said.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣This guy was so mad. he didn't show up! Answering him for our entertainment was so worth it, thank you because people never disappoint lol
Yeah there are some real dip shits out there.
Don't agree with you. If you made an appointment, that person should NOT sell before you had a look.
@@nervotica7991places have other sales people. They can’t just not sell a car because you have an appointment.
First come, first served. You snooze, you lose.
@@59phoneboneYes Sir ..💯percent.
@@nervotica7991first come, first serve. If you told me you gonna come to see the car in 2 hours, thats fine you can come, but if someone shows up earlier and buys the car, then the car is sold. No one cares if you have appointment.
you did exactly the right thing. You were fair and even had the courtesy to message all interested. This guy was way out of line with his message.
In my 50 years in car biz, I have learned to let this kind of customers roll off my back.
When I was selling cars (before Marketplace) my Craigslist ads would say "Cash today, no layaway"
I've bought cars out of state that I've held with deposits before. These were refundable, but in the neighborhood of 500-1000 bucks to show that I was serious. I would get very thorough information and tell the dealer that as long as everything was in line with expectations the deal would go through. Never had any problems.
As a salesman myself I 1000% agree with you when you say first with the cash gets the sale
That has been the RULES since the time Romans were selling Second Hand Chariots. Phil.
Private sellers function exactly the same way. A merchant is under no obligation to operate differently.
First Come First Serve, it’s the Way it’s been and it’s the way it always should be.
Keep up the good work I like the content and honesty. If you where near me I'd buy a car from you
I just came across your channel.
Lol He's explaining these situations for our benefit and entertainment. It's content.
It's all for the show. Always the victim. Every TH-cam viewer is cash in his pocket. As he once said, "TH-cam is my business". So true.

For real. Been watching u for a while. Ur an honest man. To be honest the most honest car dealer I've seen. Wish u were local I'd buy a car from u
Absolutely right.
Everybody wants what they can't afford. Your reply to the boat guy was spot on. cash speaks louder than promises over the phone.
I appreciate your candid communication & transparency. You are a role model of integrity in life & business to many people, including me.
Thank You!
Craig, you do a great job and communicate better than any dealer I've ever seen. Crystal clear messaging all the time. Keep doing what you do!
Good evening Craig I am a small business owner from Jamaica and I learn a lot from you keep doing the good work 🇯🇲
Sadly there can be dishonesty on both sides. Same goes for repair shops. I so appreciate your honesty sir!
"This camper would of changed my life" 😂😂
I was a dealer for 16 years and I rarely let this sort of thing get to me.
It’s not our issues it’s on them.🤔👍🏻
Craig
I really appreciate the behind-the-scenes look of what you go through to keep your business going this video is very educational and I’m going to share it with family and friends
My best wishes to you always from Las Vegas Craíg
Bravo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Been there.
Good luck!
Great, honest video. Love your style!!!
there was a car in the paper.
If a stranger who wanted to buy something off me said F you I would just send him a smiley face and go on with my life like the guy never exsisted.
Always helpful. I Recently started flipping cars and you helped me so much on the business aspect. Just want to say thanks and keep going strong
That's a really good message, Craig. Thank you. Most of us still love you.
People hate losing something they never had.😢
Craig I love all the points you give in your video I appreciate everything!
I live in Dallas and I like this Channel…Craig always gives great advice for both parties
Amazing information you layed out there Craig 🔥 we appreciate you 🙏🏼
I have been a small car dealer for 30 years you say it the way it is.I agree with the way you think you try your best it is obvious.
Hi Craig, love your videos & info. 👍
Question: would a higher NON REFUNDABLE deposit work better, worse or the same?
Love your content very educational! Keep up the great work.
CYA always.
FCFS ! Should have could have it's an old story that never works out.
You are on it. 🤙🏼
Thanks for the game I appreciate it 🙏
Nice black Audi!! Gonna check your inventory now. Maybe mom’s Xmas gift!!!
Love the videos, I buy and sell stuff online like dirt bikes and trailers and deal with the same stuff. First with cash always gets it
That camper guy did not deserve even the first reply after the its sold comment. No way the guy is going to understand.
You don’t owe anyone anything , you need to do what’s best for your business and family
you'll leather up !!! when you work with the public about 1 percent are crapheads!!! that guy probably would have tried to talk you down !!! if he showed up !! first $$$ gets the item !!! just keep doing the right thing !!! you and your family is the only people you have to answer too !!! keep up the good work!!!!!
Great information and video keep them up
I agree with you 100%. Tough decisions you have to make but you have a business to run. You have less hassle and stress by dealing with customers as you do, which is perfectly fair and reasonable btw. Ignore these mean spirited people…
Thank you for sharing ! People need to work the other side to get perspective
I admire how well you handle your disgruntled customers.
I have a few cool bmx bikes from the 90s Craig...and the 80s, 70s... No deposit, cash is king :). I feel your pain, sold a van awhile back and got messages for weeks is the van still for sale ? i called you about 3 weeks ago and wanted to see it.... had tons of messages of
"buyers" trying to negotiate before an onsite view. The first guy who came to actually see it bought it at my price, it was a deal.
Keep up all the good you do. Life is tuff enough keep enjoying your family and I Always say give God thanks. God bless brother.
People want what they want despite very clear conditions.
you are starting to grow on me....if you were in my state, I may slow down and look, but I still would be Leary....I don't buy from car dealers but maybe....and cash of course!
Who's right, who's wrong? the professional salesman.
i don't take deposits anymore...seems like if they change their mind, no matter what is written and agreed to, they want their money back..
Great discussion Craig! I enjoyed it and and learned a thing or two from it.
Peace,
DrRick
Your too nice Craig
The Weather is mad there. Rain and then sunny 🌞
Snooze you lose. You are 100% right!
