Having been awarded city status in 2021, I thought it was fit to inform and educate people about this new city. You will get to learn various aspects of each estate including amenities such as schools, clubs and recreation spots, health facilities, road network, vibe of each estate, and much more.

Episode 9 features White House estate. Among others, this is where you find government facilities such as the Nakuru Meteorological station and Kenya Industrial Training Institute. It's one estate for everybody as the rates of housing vary from 5,000 to as high as 25,000.
