- Nakuru Beyond the City is a brand new series on my channel that will take you around the estates of Nakuru city. You will get to learn various aspects of each area including amenities such as schools, clubs, recreation spots, medical centres, road networks, housing, and much more.
Inside episode 7 we tour Shabab, a commercial and residential area in Nakuru city. Shabab has everything you need in terms of social amenities and the auto business and multiple garages around the area stand out too.
The area is so close to town and even part of it is in town, that some folks simply take a stroll to CBD. Most importantly, I grew up in Shabab back in the 90s and 20s and I take you right to my former nursery school to see how things are today. Sit tight as we explore Shabab.

Nakuru Tanners Ltd,the Tannery built in 1950s, attracted many workers & new businesses & residents, & helped the development of the Shabab area..
May Nakuru grow into a safe & happy city, free from selfish , corrupt polticians.
