- So we went on an expedition inside the large crack in a farm in Kiamunyi, Nakuru. We trekked from the shallow end to the deepest point, which we found to be approximately 26ft / 8 metres. The largest width is about 50ft / 15 metres. It was a bit nervous at first but we overcame the small challenge anyway.

My son don't try this next time especially during rainy season. This is what killed so many Kenyans in 2012 at Hell's gate Naivasha flash flood came from some other region while some Kenyans were site seeing in the valley and they drowned😢😢

What happens there is not what theory about tectonic plates movement says. There should be constant eruption pushing rocks in opposite direction. The continent doesn't seem to be splinting from the inside of the Earth. It looks like a cracking floe. Think about it.

Hi Ezra ❤️🖐️ God Bless you ,i would like to ask you a question ,the ground that you where walking on in the crack is it muddy or not .And when you where walking there did you feel it was alright to walk in there or were you feeling uncomfortable ...or did you feel totally peace ...? And does anyone know when this took place ....?
Alright! The ground was not muddy. The sand absorbs water so it was wet but not muddy. At first especially in the narrow section I felt nervous like if the earth decides to swallow me at that point 😂. Well, the crack has been there before but it deepened and widened after the heavy rains of last year since water from the higher side flows there.

It seems the sediment is filling it, it was deeper than this. It will happen in 5 years again along the line maybe in Naivasha, Narok, Oloi toktok near Kilimanjaro or down kerio valley. Save this and you will tag me later. Be careful buying a land in this area for building houses

Look at those layers that's so awesome. Those layers go back millions of years, that layer you kicked looked like an ash layer. You'll find dinosaur fossils down there and everything. Fascinating!

@@ondaratv idk how much you know about those layers, but the black one that's about a foot or 2 thick,(half a meter) it's the evidence of the astroid that helped kill off the dinosaurs. And there is another smaller black layer higher up above that one, that's the younger/Dryas layer, from the impact that ended that last ice age, and wiped out the clovis people, 13,000 years ago.

Good content. You have millions of years of sediment exposed in that trench. I saw what looked like a bone and piece of wood sticking out of the side of the trench. You may have dinosaur bones there. They could be worth a lot of money. Be careful in the crack!
