Vivian, there are many people who wouldn’t want a home with your choice of colors and decorations everywhere and yet it has cost you money. Most people like to make those choices for themselves . Please leave the walls plain white or something like that or offer to decorate for those who want it. Otherwise, you’ve done a great job. Congratulations!
Not all units are painted with the colors inside the house we toured. Come Saturday 07/10/23 and see it for yourself.
Sure if you purchase one you are free to repaint it.
I would prefer neautral tiles and the paint should be atleast white otherwise entire house is on point. Pattern tiles are not impressive at all

Good job. Few points noted , the play ground could have been better positioned maybe in a central location to the estate.
Secondly not sure if you’ve considered greenery . The property looks almost 90% concrete.the small patches of planned greenery doesn’t look sufficient. More greenery would be desirable .
