Hi Phil, I studied hard for 6 months, the exam centres canceled my exam booking several times due to covid then lost the momentum. And then when finally able to put a date of my exam and confirmed by the exam centre only to realize the sylabus of the exam has changed (+agile, And have no idea what kind of new creature is this). Almost shot myself because of this with only 4 weeks to go before the exam and 6 weeks before the exam one year expiration date. Then I found this video, then I subscribed your channel and watch all of them.....Literally ALL of them everyday for 4 weeks while skiming the PMBOK while watching your video, listening to your spotify and youtube channel while driving to office and groceries etc.. And today..... I am a PMP certified. Seriously while reading the exam questions this morning somehow I can hear your voice! your voice reading the question for me along with the anwers my friend LOL.......sometimes I could hear your voice as well while sleeping even until now hahaha.... So, thank you..your channel is underated and deserved much more.....
@@radlink14 it depends. I'm more to a visual person, not a reader or memorizing person. So Phil's daily drills and story diagram for each PM knowledge and phases are my favorites. And I know I was very weak in agile as it was a totally knew stuff for me, so I was also focused my search on that topic.
Dear Phil, I hope this message finds you well. This is Kesava from Bengaluru, India, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible support and guidance you have provided me through your couture videos on PMP. Your expertise and dedication to teaching have been truly inspiring. Your detailed explanations and creative insights have significantly enhanced my understanding and skills in couture. I appreciate the time and effort you invest in creating these valuable resources. Your mentorship has been instrumental in clearing my PMP exam yesterday and I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to learn from you. Your passion for the craft is contagious, and it has motivated me to strive for excellence in my own work. Especially "Agile Mindset to ACE Your PMP Exam - 1 day Remaining", not sure how many times would have gone through video one day before my exam. It gave me somuch confidence how an individual be one day before/ on PMP exam day. Thank you once again for your unwavering support and for sharing your wealth of knowledge with such generosity. Warm regards, Kesava.

I would like to ask you to read the questions and the answers before the count downs ( 3,... 2... 1...) most of the times I'm only listening and not seeing the screen, like a podcast, It would enable another use case for your videos! Anyway keep up with the good work and thank you!
Hi Phil, your TH-cam vifeos and Audio podcast were my goto Playlist while driving daily. I appreciate all the contents you put out. I got AT in all the domains today. I have recommended your channels to few friends preparing for the exam. Thanks
Hi Phil and all members, did anyone take the exam recently? I'd like to understand the volume of questions related to memorizing the processes input and output
Sorry for asking you so many questions Phil and Thank you for so kindly answering all of them. But just for my understanding, is there anything like a PMP plan in Agile? If so who updates it - team or scrum master? Team - cause they are self organizing? or scrum master as they are process owners?
No problem Meena. In agile there is no project management plan. This concept belongs solely to predictive project management. The reason is because we do not plan everything up front in agile. In agile we plan in iterations, so at best you may hear PMI referring to an “iteration plan”. In the world of scrum this in particular is called a “Sprint plan”. We plan in little chunks for each iteration or Sprint. This will be managed by the team. Not a singular person as it is in the world of predictive.
Yes Ben. I offer coaching 1-1 available via pmanonymous.com I use the PMI-SP content outline as a guide to ensure you have mastered everything possible on this test.

Hi Phil and all members, did anyone take the exam recently? I'd like to understand the volume of questions related to memorizing the processes input and output
Hey Daniela! Very little or none relating to memorizing. It's more about, here's a problem, how would you solve it?
You are a project manager who has run into an impediment. What should you do?
You are a scrum master. Your team member comes to you with an impediment that is obstructing her work. What is the next best thing to do?
Your project schedule is running behind. What is the best thing to do first?
You have discovered an issue on your project. This could affect quality and resources. What should you do first?
Highly motivational video. Thanks
You are most welcome. Thanks!
