I was totally struggling to get to grips with learning all these and your video popped up ..i cant thank you enough for this easy way of memorising the processes .. i passed pmp two days ago with AT in all three areas.. all thanks to you
This one video proved to be the pivotal point for my PMP preparation. Earlier when I had tried to study for the PMP I got stuck here, memorizing the process groups and the knowledge areas and left it after a while. But this time I was lucky to have found this video and it lighted the spark. In a matter of days I was well versed with the process groups, the knowledge areas and their respective processess. Moreover it built my confidence and kept me motivated till the end. Thanks a tonne for sharing this. Cleared my PMP a few days back.
congratulations!!!
Thank you for sharing your method. I was able to replicate this on a scratch sheet of paper when I took my CAPM exam in person this week and it saved me. Passed my exam!
I just passed the PMP exam. I found this video and many other of your videos extremely helped. Thank you for creating and sharing.
How much time it takes to prepare for PMP exam ?
@@MrTuchi07 I started serious preparation 4 days before the PMP exam.
Of course, I had taken the 35 hours of Project Management training earlier and so had foundational knowledge.
@@enocholisa May I ask what class you took, or where from? Also, did you read the full Guide 6th edition? ty;-)
@@maddiegrudzinski593
I didn't read the full guide; I realized I didn't have to.
For the class, I did a course from Udemy (by Sabri C.) that was 38 hours long and met the 35 hours requirement.
Thanks.

What is most important item you tell us about exam
I Saw Santa Claus Quit Reading Children Rhymes, Poor Santa
I've been looking for this but finally found this golden voice with beautiful explanations ❤️❤️😘thank you so much
I memorized the order of the 5 Process Groups as "I Personally Enjoy Many Cold Cocktails". ;) 😉
love this one!
Awesome! This was so helpful! I had to personalize some of the acronyms for better memory, but I love it! Thanks so much!!!
Wow so clear and easy to understand thanks alot wish me luck in my PMP exam :)
effective short note for the study. really appreciated for sharing these notes.
This video is awesome. You help me memorize this in 16 minutes. This a very effective video.
49 Processes in less than 30 minutes , excellent
DCDCD SEDEDE IPPP works well with associating similar to the guitar on acdc's money talks song. That's how I relate it in my mind.
This is very helpful! Thanks for sharing! By the way, there are 10 Processes begin with "Plan", Plan^10. There are 2 in Risk Knowledge area, not 1.
Your method is amaaaazing, thank you for sharing these lovely ideas m❤️❤️
Really powerful, thank you very much
Thanks , these are great tools to remember.
3:13 I laughed so hard, waking every single member of my family up. Then I had to explain it to all of them, which took 15 minutes for them to understand and go back to sleep
...when the mnemonic to memorize is longer than just memorizing the items
I was thinking the same thing :) ... certain things I feel might as well just focus on memorizing the thing itself, while other thins, these can helpful like the 766 436 3734 ...
Thank you. This was so very helpful
This is great for memorizing, although I'd like to point out errors in the planning group. There are 10 processes beginning with "plan", and the letter sequence is missing an E. The corrected version should therefore be:
Plan^10 + DCDCD-SEDEDE-IPP
Thank you so much for sharing
very helpful ! thanks!
I now have a bunch of first letters filling my chart, but I can't remember how else to fill them in! agh. Better keep practicing I guess
Good stuff. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you
It's amazing
Very handy, thanks

Awesome
Is this applicable to the PMP test in 2020?

No phrases required, just remember than another phrases
😀
Are you as cute as your voice?
Your kidding me.. 49
Nope.. not kidding :)
I just passed my PMP exam, 1st time! Your acronym helped me to remember to put the knowledge areas in the correct order. Thanks for sharing.
please give me brain dumps
Hi @nappywayz can u provide ur contact number
3:39 I also came up with this and this works: I Saw Sam Copying QR Codes Regarding Papa's Secrets.
i chose this. thank you so much.
Dude this is awesome. Thank you :) No offence to the video though. It was awesome as well.
My favorite
Am choosing yours, thanks....
OMG I used this trick a 15 yrs back in my college days to memorise lengthy answers. Good to know that it’s universally used 😊
Hello .. do we really need to memorise these 49 process groups for the PMP 2022? As I believe from the success stories in most of the forums .. they say it’s all about situational questions and an understating of the process is fine .. please clarify
No
From @10.16 The acronym shown under Planning group is missing an E at the end of the 'SEDED'. It should be 'SEDEDE'.
This was Golden!!! I started my study with a blank stare and now, I’m confident that I have a method to burn these I to my head. Thanks a lot for doing this.
I guess below sentence is also good to memorize 10 knowledge areas,
I Saw Sexy Speedy Crazy Car Quickly Rushing Parliament Road
I found the video very helpful for memorizing 49 Process groups. However I think planning processes should be reworked for better memorizing. You could also show some techniques for memorizing the processes in Knowledge Area level. I think it would also helpful.
Your naming convention for the acronyms is ludicrous. I Plan Every Major Circus! Ice Skating Superheroes Conquer Quantum Realms, Controlling Remarkable Powers Safely!
I SAW SIX CAR QUICKLY RUNNIG CAR RUNNING PER SECOND:)
It's very helpful, easy and fun to remember all 49 processes, thanks lot for helping us
Plan-plan^9 + Drew's cary"s double crossing daughter sent eleven dirty emails during every important powerful people program
Can you please elaborate !!?
if 766-436373-4 this will be easy..becoz easy to remember 43 63 73
instead you can memorize with the same pattern that she is explaining (766) 4 36 37 34
What about this 7664 - 363734
If one is based in the US/Can then the 766-436-3734 will be easy to remember as that's how the phone numbers are memorized. This pattern does not apply to other regions.
Hi @Helena-LIU. I've memorized the 49 processes groups already. My question is can we write down the process chart in a paper once the proctor provide us pen and paper? Is it allowed? Thanks.
Sorting the knowledge area letters alphabetically its
CIPQRS, [PQRS] are all inline so just remember CI as the start.
Then remember 211 for the first three letters and 123 for the second
1c, 1i, 1p, iq, 2r, 2s
its dumb but it helped me
Finally!!! This helped me study more than hours of lecture.
Jackson Edward Gonzalez Cynthia Robinson Timothy
as I'm not english speaker, these acronym bothers me in vevy funny way, e,g, I can't remenber without recalling some traitor elegantly shits on a potty with dandelion that belongs to some baby girl.
Thank you!! This really helped me memorizing all the processes and clearing CAPM!
You're welcome!
This is not helpful and unrealistic to remember
Better off just learning it. Would take less time
Hi - THIS WAS GREAT I used these videos while studying - and USED THESE TIPS - just passed my PMP today -
I was able to draft out the full processes on the notes sheet - it helped with the situational test questions - and trust, it wasn't easy!
Thank you -
JT
How many days or months of preparations you had for the test?
This was absolutely AMAZING. Thank you so much with helping me with my "Brain Dump". Having this as a reference point while sitting in for the PMP exam will surely be a benefit, and a quick reference point, during a long exam.
Another good phrase to remember process groups:
Intelligent

Cake
Thank You :)
Nice!
@@TexasEmperor Thanks.
I really like your short phrase since its simple and easily. :) Thanks
Thanks for this! Very useful. I think Plan Stakeholder Management should be Plan Stakeholder Engagement :)
Its "Plan Stakeholder Engagement" in Planning Process.
Finally i found someone matching my mentality.. i was using this/her method to remember what i studied. Excellent Excellent
Incredible, I nailed this in 4 hours
Thank you, I will use this approach, so easy and funny
I am afraid you complicated a simple process of learning, instead.
But definitely a new perspective!!
Thanks

Suggestion - Planing could be done in parts. First write Plan^9, then complete Executing, Monitoring and Controlling. Return to Planning to fill balance activities depending on the phone number for left over activities so number of activities in each KA can be properly filled
pmpwithyou.blogspot.com/p/pmp-question-of-day_7.html
This is excellent and a great ready reckoner. Thank you very much
the word plan shows up 10 times in the planning process group. Plan risk response is in the risk process group. Am I correct?
I can't remember those little sentences or cheat phrases. I only learned the concepts and crap and got it right. I guess people just learn different.
I guess you have a memory of a fish then.... I can see now people just learn different
Wow. Thats super smart technique! I love love it. Thank you so much :)
I plan every move carefully 💜 I appreciate you for these tactics
Well explained. Mind got triggered by use of 'control' & 'monitor'. There's thing you can control and there is things you can not control, then you monitor them.
tis makes much easier !
Hello, My exam is tomorrow with an online proctor. Would I be able to use a stylus on my touch screen laptop for the whiteboard?
Best way to memorize is by actually doing a real life project.
Great video. I was struggling to learn these 49 processes for the CAPM. Not anymore. Thank you!
most useful pmp vid in youtube , it absolutly clear way , thank you huge much.
Thank you for your kind words!
I hope I had seen this earlier, great job thank you very much.
I like this video, you are awesome.
Best study tool! I noticed at minute 10:12 the last E in acronym was missing for Resources in Planning
Excellent memorization technique!
Glad it was helpful!
Do we need to memorize all processes for 2021 exam ? thanks
Do you have the sentences also for ITTO for individual processes , would be helpful
Great technique, easy to remember
Thank you so much! So impactful!
1:19 (whistles)
It was useful. I knew no other way of remembering the 49 processes.
That really helps. Thanks!
Hi, I am PMP certified, its amazing but I think more than memorizing this.... it's concept that we need to understand and imagine there application in large scale project which actually help to get certify
waaat?
Would you please explain more
Hi can you please call on 7709001616
I need your help
@@abhijeetphadtare5708 7664363734
Exactly. It’s easier to understand
1) You must initiate the beginning phases of the project. Gathering everything that you will need. Define the project objective.
2) You must then plan how you will accomplish the projective objective. What’s the work breakdown structure? Action Plan?
3) You must then execute those plans to accomplish the project objective.
4) You must put in place measures to monitor the plan being executed and/or possibly control aspects of the plan being executed so it remains on target with the project objective.
5) Finally, the project by definition must come to an end. Therefore once the project objective is completed, the project must be closed, archived, reported, handed off etc.
It’s much more important to understand the above process then to memorize some erroneous acronym.
Thank you so much for your review.
