चविष्ट भात चित्रान्न / Tasty Rice Chitranna

⚡Recipe : Chitranna 🥘
🔹Take 1 1/2 katori of rice and wash 2-3 times.
🔹Remove all the water and keep it like that for half and hour
🔹Take 1 1/2 katori of water to 1 katori of wash rice and cook it in pressure cooker till 2 whistles.
🔹After rice is cooked spread it on a plate and let it cool.
🔹Take oil in a pan and heat it. Put some mustard seed, 2 table spoon peanuts, 2 table spoon roasted chana daal, 10-15 cashew nuts, 2 table spoon coconut pieces, add 1 table spoon urad dal after the color changes, 10-15 curry leaves, turmeric, add boiled rice in it.
🔹Mix it well.
🔹Add coriander powder, sambar masala, salt, add lemon juice over it.
