What is good 👍 about this house is you get to get your own ceiling fan and that’s great because not everyone has the same taste I personally prefer only chandelier fans in every single room in the house except the for the dining room I would have a antique chandelier that would go right above my dining table and in the living room I would have a nice antique chandelier two of them in this house because that open space concept gives you enough room to have two chandeliers and I would change the pendant lights would be fancy chandeliers pendant lights 😊😊😊😊and I would have a jacuzzi bathtub in master bathroom and the backyard would have a gazebo and hot tub and a built in pool and a fence around the whole yard with a iron gate that opens up with remote control and the fence and gate would be the kind that cannot allow access for alligator 🐊 to come on my property that is a no brainer but thanks 🙏 for your video 😊😊😊
I dont understand why every house over there loses backyard space to only have a oversized drive....not worth it, a bit over exaggerated. Rather more backyard space

Realtors don’t like to or won’t tell you because then you could just go directly to the builder and not use a realtor so they show you these new builds and then the only way they tell you is when your at the model home so they can register you and make sure they get the credit for the sale ….
Very nice home, however has no windows in the bathrooms, closets in the master bedroom do not have pocket doors, living room a bit tight! It’s too bad, again it’s a beautiful home!!! I love your butterfly 🦋 tattoo!!!
who is the builder? I am looking for one with 4 bedrooms and bigger square footage. The kitchen is too small for me I want more cabinets and a walk in pantry. Do you have any with these specifications you can show? 3 bathrooms also?
The pantry’s too small knowing that it is far away from everything. In our days we need to stack lots of food so that way we don’t have to be spending our gorgeous life shopping for food.
Not exactly there’s some awesome logons to meet up with people and bars! But Orlando and Tampa are 1 hour away so if your looking for the extreme party’s then drive out there
Builder hasn't advertised an incentives. These builders are much smaller than the big ones like DR HORTON. We can still negotiate a portion of closing costs to be paid.

Are the windows and sliding glass door impact glass?
The windows are dual pane. Building code does not require impact windows because of the location.

Most of the builders in the marion oaks area are smaller builders. I will definitely keep an eye out
