A gourmet kitchen.... and that's the cooktop you get? Other than that I think everything else is outstanding. IMHO that kitchen option needs to have a different name or put in a gas cooktop.

HOA is no way, property tax and insurance is already to high, I am not paying rent to the fing builder who most likely the lowest builder.
Renting a 4 bedroom home range from 2000 to 2500 monthly. I don't get why anyone would pay a 3000 dolar mortgage.
