    I just love Gaba. I do anything to seek relaxation. Especially listening to nature meditation and increase that gaba

      How has it been going for you? still using gaba? I might try it. I used kratom for a bit and it really worked, but sometimes i'd wake up with worse anxiety than before...

    One of the AEDs I take helps GABA....I am almost Ketogenic as Virgin Coconut oil reduces appetite, I also havs a VNS because the epilepsy used to be Intractable because it's on both sides of the brain. I belive the AED that helps GABA helps alot and I get enough sleep. Thanks for your review!

    I'm confused. 5 systems to wake up, only one for sleep. But I got hypersomnia!!! So, why doesn't one of my back up system let me live a life rather than sleeping my life away?? 😰👵🏼🐞

    GABA supplementation does not cross the BBB; however, there are GABAergic neurons in the GI tract. So the fact anyone feels calm using GABA is totally probable and not psychological.

    As a patient for last 13 years and currently in the episode. I think researchers going on a wrong direction. They are treating patients for symtoms and not the cause. They treat for EDS . Cognitive. Mood swings. But none of them address the cause. Which is not wakefulness.. But waking up refreshed and rejuvenated.
    It is the issue when we sleep and how the Nuerotramitter work in the brain and set your body and brain Perfect.. This is not happening in KLS. Please address t

    that was really fantastic (but the loud music at end was not pleasing as it was too loud in relation to the speaker)

    I just took one 750mg GABA pill and I’m having a strange reaction. Tinging hands, feet and face, dry mouth, sweating, muscles feel weak and everything feels like it’s in slow motion. I should also mention I have C-PTSD but is this normal ?

      It didn’t work for me..but it works very well for my friend..I gave mine to her. I think she takes 500mg. She said it is like magic for her. It calms her. I was very disappointed that it didn’t work for me.

      I did. Anxiety attacks and panic attacks work the same as TMS. They are sensations in the body that have no physical cause..but you program your own brain to have them because of the Fear. I had them for 30 years because I never understood the work of the brain. This is the same for Pain complexes too. People who have pain when there is no physical reason why..but they program their brain to have the pain. You may want to check this out..if you are having trouble with anxiety or with pain.

      @@kathleenwharton2139 I recently decided to try L-Theanine 100mg at noon with a meal (Mixed Bean Soup and 3 Boiled Eggs). I had very good calming results up until the following day. I highly recommend it. It doesn't cause drowsiness, it's like coffee without the "jitters" or "crash".

    I must not understand ,GABA does Not and indeed cannot cross the BBB,therefore by itself is useless ,no ?help

    • @kaylacarpenter272
      @kaylacarpenter272 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      This is incorrect. Old belief, based on inconclusive study. It actually does cross the BBB.
