Well done!!!
Thanks!
I do Mobile Recording I am inspired watching this!!! I been doing this for 14 years. Mostly Gospel and Jazz Music.
Happy to provide some inspiration, let me know if you have any questions about the setup!
actually thats practical and dope
Thanks!!
Great info in this video, sounds like you really know your gear! Curious to hear more about each piece in your setup
Will have some more videos coming up!
hi, aside from your interface, what hub/dock do you use for your macbook?
I don't currently, since there are enough ports on the Macbook for what I'm doing. It depends if you need a bunch of USB 3.0, if you're trying to connect 4K monitors, or if you just need more thunderbolts. Prices range from $20 - $400 depending on the dock!
Try taking that on the bus. 😅 Isn't portable enough for many. I'd say check out a small, lightweight Motu interface (for instance).
I agree it is pretty big/heavy, but it is for recording a full band professionally! If you want ultimate portability for just a few channels, you can always use a Scarlett 2i2 with a Macbook air :) I have also taken this setup on a bus already, it is possible!
