This burgers might be the usual boring breakfast or lunch for some people but to people like me, this is actually a luxury. Not only for me but millions of people in this world.

Cool vid! I remember when we used to do the trays like this in the cabinet for breakfast. My store now has a steamer to keep multiple trays (inserts) of sausage/folded/round/scrambled so we don’t run out during a rush and keeps it all warm and fresh for 2 hours.

@@ARealCupcake healtg inspectors are terrifying, and every time they come, the managers put the fear of God in you that everybody would lose their jobs if they find one mistake. It's like how tests are so much more stressful than doing regular assignments. It's irrational. I do awful under pressure, and over correct for everything. Anyway, judging by this I'm guessing you don't work in any QSR's

The fryers would get cleaned once a week so the oil would be black and dark sometimes once every other week and we’d still be serving messed up fried food😂 but the management didn’t give a sht since we’d always be scrambling thru out the day and dishes get half assed at washing a bunch of stains and left over hardened food on them always one time a pack of biscuits were dropped on the ground accidently then picked up and all served to the customers like nothing happened. But hey keep on eating at these places.🤫

there’s been a buy one get one deal on fish for lent. I work dinner time on Fridays and went from making 30 fish a shift to making 30 an hour lol. Stuff of nightmares when you’re in a big rush and hear someone yell about an order for 8 special fish that just came in😅

Used to work at McD's in the 80's and 90's. Ww used to pass the food up to be wrapped by a manager who also did a quality check. Don't see that in any of these vids. Not knocking this place, but it does explain the problems we all see these days.
The guy with the cam IS the manager. He is actually the owner/operator. I worked at McD’s from 1990-1993. It was a corporate and a test kitchen where a lot of the new latest sandwiches would come in for market testing. We had the McLean, Zesta Burger, McCheddar(I liked that one), McSteak, all variations of the fajitas and breakfast burritos. I typically ran the grill. I would cook to order as often as possible. I was there when they got rid of the fried apple and my fav the cherry pie, and went to the awful baked apple ones. Also saw the transition from ice milk to that fake stuff they use now for ice cream and shakes. The store had a nice old lady who came in before open and made the biscuits by hand. I was there when they transitioned from that to the premade ones from a factory setting. Also saw the transition from the beef tallow junk oil they use now.
