I know this isn't specifically related to her being an A+ mom, but I liked "Get rid of the Seaward." "I'll leave when I'm good and ready." The delivery of the lines in Arrested Development were LEGEND
"If that is a veiled criticism about me, I won't hear it and I won't respond to it" needs to be on a shirt, needs to be on signs, needs to be tattooed, it needs to be everywhere.
"im going to my spinclass" "i thought you had vertigo" is a severely underrated joke. I have vertigo im a liability on a ladder its awesome my favorite show makes fun of me too
I just realised that the line "I don't care for GOB..." seems to be an unprompted, out of the blue grievance that Lucille just had to verbalise. It wasn't a response to a question or part of a conversation or part of another thing she was saying. It was just an impromptu statement of fact.
this show was my Childhood, even at the age of 7, despite not understanding fully, i remember how hard my sides use to hurt and then rewatching it again years later and again, laughing harder than before; naturally sharing this joy with my loved ones... I felt massive pain and hurt when she passed, to me, this feels like it just happened. Also many of them went into Archer as well. Life is strange, so much love and beauty but then it stops one day. I will admit, my comedic self, expressiveness and quirkiness all has its origin story/inspiration. You are mines. I will miss her until my end of days giving a nice chuckle here and there whenever I'm reminded of the Bluth's.
9:55 - This doctor has one of my absolute favorite line deliveries of the show. Trying to tell Michael he's pumped full of fentanyl lmao. "..........okay..."
After watching her in so many things over the years, I was so happy for Jessica Walter when she got the success she deserved with Lucille and Mallory Archer. RIP
It makes sense too. Due to how Lindsay isn't her own real daughter and is the only girl. The only thing that makes Lucille care about her kids, is the fact that them being her's makes them feel like an extension of her, since it's the typical way narcissistic parents tend to view their own children. The fact that Lindsay isn't biologically hers, probably makes her feel that Lindsay is not truly an extension to her. Plus, the fact that Lindsay is a girl -- probably always caused Lucille to feel as though she's in competition with her: since that's another common theme of being a narcissistic mom.
"When you open a bottle of vodka, you must drink it Fast. Because it goes bad and spoils quickly", Lucille Bluth. RIP, Ms. Walter. (I was always infatuated by her beauty)
I noticed that, too. And I gotta admit, it was nice of her to give him 3 days to get himself together rather than kick him out immediately, which was likely her first instinct.
Jessica carried this show. Literally stole every scene she was in. Pure genius. I’m sorry the men in the cast gave her such a difficult time while shooting. They were jealous .
7:30 THIS! This has got to be my favorite scene from the show. Lucille bitching about Lucille 2, throwing that martini around, yelling. And then George M. coming in and slipping on the spill, and I think later Tobias comes in and slips on it too.
@@chuck_stones It's a reference to the movie "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner", which was a movie from the 60s about an interracial romance between a white woman and a black man, and it was quite influential in combatting the racism of that time period.
@11:36 I noticed the couch in the conjugal trailer... my parents bought exactly the same one back in 1990... and they still have it, now just in the basement.
Jessica Walter was iconic on Arrested but also on Archer, one of the few times I was genuinely sad by a celebs death, she was amazing. I will never forgive those guys in the cast for making her cry during that one interview, either
Arrested Development had a number of curious editing choices. Notice how at 7:01 Lucille opens the door on her left, but then when we see over her shoulder, it's on her right. For some reason, they edited in a mirror-image shot.
To be fair, in the first video, Jessica said that she cared for all her children equally before saying that she didn't care for Job. The fact was, she didn't care for any of her children.
Lucille is one of the worst characters ever written for tv...and yet is so amazing at the same time. It takes both great writing and acting to make such a horrible character so endearing, and Jessica Walter was absolutely perfect in this role. 13:40 This is one of my favorite moments. She's basically burning herself with what she says.
i would cry for her but i can't spare the moisture
that look Michael gives her when he finally understands
This joke went over my head watching this growing up 😂
"Here's some money. Go see a star war." Has long been, and likely always will be, one of the best funniest lines ever. Perfect delivery.
I could watch 'The best of Lucille Bluth' video time and again. She is amazing. RIP Jessica Walter.
She doesn't have the milk of mother's kindness in her anymore
Ahhh a great line we forgot to put in!
... that utter's been dry for quite a while now though, hasn't it?
I know this isn't specifically related to her being an A+ mom, but I liked "Get rid of the Seaward." "I'll leave when I'm good and ready."
The delivery of the lines in Arrested Development were LEGEND
“I don’t understand the question and I won’t respond to it “ I use this line sometimes
You have a very good taste 😉
I love using this on scam callers. I just keep saying it over and over and they get so mad
"If that is a veiled criticism about me, I won't hear it and I won't respond to it" needs to be on a shirt, needs to be on signs, needs to be tattooed, it needs to be everywhere.
Everyone's on t-shirts, signs, and tattoos except Buster. What's wrong with Buster?
"I don't understand the question, and I won't respond to it."
She played this role so perfectly 😂
I dont think there has ever been a more perfect comedy !!! The cast , writing ... ALL of it
Say what you want about Lucille, but she loved all of her children equally (even if she didn't care for Gob)
Hah! Awesome
"im going to my spinclass" "i thought you had vertigo" is a severely underrated joke. I have vertigo im a liability on a ladder its awesome my favorite show makes fun of me too
I mean it's a beautiful tribute to the one and only Jessica Walters - how much would it cost? 10 dollars?
With inflation we are getting closer to a banana costing $10!
No one could’ve played this role as well as she did
"We're halfway to the cabin. I'm gonna drop you at this light."😂❤
"You've gotta stop quoting when you drink."😂😂😂❤
I just realised that the line "I don't care for GOB..." seems to be an unprompted, out of the blue grievance that Lucille just had to verbalise. It wasn't a response to a question or part of a conversation or part of another thing she was saying. It was just an impromptu statement of fact.
It's so funny. One of my favourite random lines.....
And Buster's shocked response is the icing on the cake.
this show was my Childhood, even at the age of 7, despite not understanding fully, i remember how hard my sides use to hurt and then rewatching it again years later and again, laughing harder than before; naturally sharing this joy with my loved ones...

"No, thanks. I have to get back to rehab." SHE'S IN REHAB!!!
When someone yella that from the back … epic!
9:55 - This doctor has one of my absolute favorite line deliveries of the show. Trying to tell Michael he's pumped full of fentanyl lmao.

After watching her in so many things over the years, I was so happy for Jessica Walter when she got the success she deserved with Lucille and Mallory Archer. RIP
Lucille repeatedly says Gob is her least favorite child, but seeing how she treats Lindsay makes me think haha
She says that, but in reality minus the drinking, Gob is a lot like Lucille. Almost exactly alike.
Lindsay isnt her child.
@@justinfalzon6854Spoilers! 😉 to a series that is I don't even know anymore. Sisters can be cruel.

Lucille and Malory are both icons and rip 🎀
You know…..
AD is one half its insanely clever writing and one half the amazing cast. *Perfection!* 👌
"GOOD for her!" was brave but it paid off. I die every time I hear it.
@9:18 when Lucille takes her hands off the wheel and puts them up... absolutely kills me.
I just picked up that both Oscar and Buster drag their bags of belongings around.
Buster helping Lucille smoke is such a classic.
"When you open a bottle of vodka, you must drink it Fast. Because it goes bad and spoils quickly", Lucille Bluth.
RIP, Ms. Walter. (I was always infatuated by her beauty)
"Hi Mama!"
"Get a job!"
3:42 The only positive moment between Gob and Lucille is bonding over a crude joke about immigrants. Which makes sense.
I noticed that, too. And I gotta admit, it was nice of her to give him 3 days to get himself together rather than kick him out immediately, which was likely her first instinct.
There was also that time when Gob was making fun of working as a waitress and Lucille was like lmaooooo 😂😂
Lucille Bluth is one of my favourite characters ever.
so much fun!
A more caring mother than most 🥹❤️😍
I didn’t know until today that she passed away. It’s so sad and her character is so iconic. I cannot imagine another Lucille Bluth
"Omg are you still doing breakfast burritos" while he rolls off 😂 I cackle every fkn time!
Rest Well Jessica
“Good for her” she was the best.
😳 🙏
"F*** me, there's no cabin!"
Plate or platter?
I don't understand the question, and I refuse to answer.
The side eyes and winks...
Jessica carried this show. Literally stole every scene she was in. Pure genius. I’m sorry the men in the cast gave her such a difficult time while shooting. They were jealous .
Sorely missed Jessica Walter
This show never gets old, the jokes still land perfectly everytime.
Tell everyone you meet they need to watch AD.
Lindsay: “You are now punished. I punish thee!”
"You know, Mom, I'm crazy about this aspirin. I can't believe we give it to children."
my fav quote of hers was " you think they sneak across the border to be your friend?"
My favorite too !
She died three and a half years ago??? How has it been that long?
"Loose Seal" !
Perfect writing, perfect cast.
"Good for her!"
Meanwhile her maid prays for Buster LMAO.
I heard zoo noises.

And Tobias slips he says “Had Lucille been here?” 😂
"GOB was born here" ahahahaha
19:42 And once again, Arrested Development strikes me with one more joke I never caught until now. That's probably over the hundredth time for me.
Brilliant, never caught that either.
Wait, what's the joke?
@@chuck_stones It's a reference to the movie "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner", which was a movie from the 60s about an interracial romance between a white woman and a black man, and it was quite influential in combatting the racism of that time period.

i would marry here in a second...the wit, the sarcasm, the contempt for her children, i love her
Jessica Walter was iconic on Arrested but also on Archer, one of the few times I was genuinely sad by a celebs death, she was amazing. I will never forgive those guys in the cast for making her cry during that one interview, either
Where's Lucille defending the family against Jessica Bowers, the publicist? THAT was best mom ever! I'd cry, if I could spare the moisture...

😂😍O.M.GOD!! ARE YOU STILL DOING BREAKFAST BURRITOS?!🙊🙈🙉LONG LIVE LUCILE🙏🌻
She IS the elegant smoke of Lady Allure
❤❤❤😂😂😂 big sigh dammmmnnn awwww RIP to an absolute masterclass of comedy in human form that was Jessica Walter as Lucille Bluth ❤❤
"Oh god, it's Motherboy already?"
LEGEND.
The most touching plot between Lucile and Michael is when Lucile hug him and take care of everything
"Forgive but not forget"
“Well that was a freebie” 😂
I become more like Lucille everyday
Play “Misty” for me…❤
Undisputed
OMG! Are you still doing breakfast burritos 🌯? 😂😂😂
Next video: Best Father Ever: George Sr.
Or: Best Non-Traditional.Mother Ever: Tobias Fünke

Jessica Walters was amazing. I loved her in Arrested Development and in Archer. She was basically the same mother, but animated in one.
Perfect mom for everyone
RIP - still has me laughing out loud!!!!
11:54 It finally clicks why she can't spare the moisture, and I don't think he can bare it. xD
