I too have had vertigo for over 2 years. It was getting so bad I couldn't ride in the car. I didn't go to the grocery store anymore. My doctor kept saying I had a stroke or a brain tumor. I didn't have any corresponding symptoms though. I took b12 tablets after watching this video because I looked up the symptoms of b12 and I had them all. The first day I was 50 percent better, the second 75, the third no vertigo. No fogginess anymore, no depression, no stinging in my muscles, I feel fabulous. Thank you so much for posting this. You saved my life. I have my life back. You rock. I will take my b12 supplement everyday for the rest of my life. God bless you and yours. I am so thankful I saw your video.

After you get "topped up" on B12 then start to phase it to weekly and then by-weekly as she did since daily use is just a waste of funds

This video is so comforting to me because no one understands
Until they have vertigo how lonely and isolating it feels. I’ve been dealing with it for two years and it’s absolutely dibilitating and the scariest feeling in the world. I’d much rather break my arms and legs and have to wait for them to heal than deal with vertigo because atleast i know where the pain is coming from. Vertigo requires so many tests and I still don’t have answers. I am trying vitamin d-3 and vitamin b-12. We’ll see how it goes. But all of you out there dealing with vertigo, my heart goes out to you.

@@CashMoneyTheOG Hello! Yes its been a full year and my vertigo has reduced significantly to almost 0 attacks now, if you can believe it! To be completely honest with you, nothing worked until I lost 20 lbs, started working out, and changed my eating habits! I truly believe what I experienced was a lack of nutrients. I was not eating healthy for years and I believe the weight gain caused a serious imbalance in my body. I'm continuing on my path of good health and exercise. But I know everyone's cause for vertigo can be very different. It's taken a lot from me and I'm finally starting to live my life again. I sincerely hope you find whats causing yours because I know how difficult it is. Please feel free to reach out. I can tell you all of the things I tried.

How sweet of you for sharing your experience with everyone! I had vertigo so bad that my blood pressure went through the roof, my husband took me to the ER. The doctors made sure I was not having a heart attack, which I wasn't, I told them I have had vertigo for 2 weeks. It's awful! The doctor gave me an anti motion sickness pill, then he wanted to give me an antidepressant. What? I said let's see how the first medication works, the Dr was not happy with me. I am not the type of person to take medications. My blood pressure went down, after that, I was released, nothing about what might have caused the vertigo. I asked to talk to the Dr, no sorry he is busy. $ 4,000 later! So, I know about B12, used to get a B12 shot once a year. Thank you for reminding me how important B12 shots are, I still have vertigo from time to time, now I will be getting B12 Shots again.

The interesting thing was that when I did get well from the B12 I would tell people that that is what cured me and they would shrug it off as no it can't be that simple, it has to be some kind of ear thing. Now who is crazy! Best of luck with your recovery:) Let us all know how it all turned out.

I can't thank you enough for posting this video. I have been extremely ill with Vertigo for the last 5 days. No medication was helping. I am also borderline anaemic and already on prescribed iron tablets. I sent my husband to get me some Vitamin B12 and magnesium after watching your video and I started to get better within a couple of hours of taking the tablets. I was pale, being violently sick, couldn't sleep, uncomfortable sitting up and lying down etc. Now, I've done the washing up and just chilling around the house and feeling as normal as I haven't felt in ages. Before I found your video, I tried all the exercises I could find on youtube but, they didn't help. I'm on blood thinners and with my anaemia, you have helped me so much today. That technique wouldn't fix the vertigo I was experiencing. I advise anyone experiencing vertigo to look into back issues or trouble with the spine. I would also recommend alternative chinese medicine as a way to rebalance the body.

I am so grateful coming across your video. I had a sudden onset of a mid-morning migraine which I researched to believe it was an acute episode of trigeminal neuralgia (TN). The pain was nothing I had ever felt before. Radiating, blinding sharp jabbing pain just to the left of my face. I saw lights flash and felt like I was struck by lightning or being electrocuted. Pain all behind my eye, nose, jaw, ear and scalp just on the left side. I had no idea what was happening or why. I just held the left side of my face which just ached in agonizing pain. I took ibprophen and the pain subsided and then vertigo crept in I was spinning to the left. The vertigo progressed throughout the day and got violently worse. The spinning caused nausea and I was throwing up until nothing was in my stomach and then the dry heaving. I stayed in the hospital for 3 days and after 2 MRIs and 2CT scans, they ruled out stroke, trauma, tumor and Bells Palsy. They gave me Meclizine and Allegra. My chart diagnosed me with vertigo and migraine. I left the hospital still coping with vertigo and the TN left my face numb and tingly. The Meclizine made less of the dizziness but did not provide the relief I was hoping for. Doctors and radiologists had no idea. For some time I felt so lost and alone. I spent hours watching videos and researching for hours trying to find help. The vertigo subsided but I still had distorted vision. Similar if you had one contact in and one out. Then I realized that since my face was still numb on the left including straight down my tongue . The numbness was affecting my vision to my left eye. When I close each eye by themselves, I see fine but together my eyesight slightly distorted and I would have to squint numerous times to attempt to see straight. I read that nerve issues are a result of poor circulation and indication of inflammation in the body. I began to eat clean, drink barley wheat grass, take ginkgo, turmeric, golden milk and all, fish oil, cayenne pepper supplements. While all this help subside the symptoms, I was still not 100%. Still mild numbness which still meant slight distorted vision. I came across this video while in hospital and told my husband to get the bryonia and he did some research and said he read some negative effects. Not sure what he saw or if maybe he spelled it wrong, anyways we passed on the idea at the time. I just watched it again and said I'm going to try it and within an hour of 3 doses feel amazing! My vision is almost on point and it's a world of difference. I am so grateful, thankful for coming across your video. The Bryonia helped instantly. My blood work did come back borderline anemia as well so I will be looking into the B12. Facts about me: 37 YO female, active, moderate alcohol, 1st time hospitalized. History of migraines now and again mostly behind my eye not sure which side. I had assumed they were from lack of sleep, stress, too much caffeine and/or poor diet. This all started on 7/10/19 and as of today 8/14/19 I feel like this curse is subsiding. The day before this happened, I was on a job and was exposed to black mold. I often come across mold during property inspections but this week I felt like my immune system was slightly off. I left the inspection with itchy nose and eyes and didn’t think much of it. My guess is that since my immune was already low that week due to stress and working long hours, my body was more susceptible to illness and therefore when exposed to the mold it really took a toll on me and the migraine or TN then triggered the vertigo. So grateful that I have answers. Thank you Nina, you really saved me😢 I am so appreciative ❤️ words cannot describe.

I have an experience almost identical to Nini Girl. For 1 year I went to ENT docs and a neurologist including 2 trips to an ER. had MRI, MRA, Ct scan with contrast. all looking for brain tumor or arterial blockage After searching endlessly online I stumbled on your video and asked my primary doc
to review my latest CBC and he told me that even though my B-12 was at the low end of normal I was OK. Only after I insisted that B-12 supplement are appropriate for my age ( over 80) did he agree to a 10000mcg injection. The change was dramatic.
overnight my balance was better and upon my insistence he agreed that supplements over 1000 mcg are OK. After reading lots
of Amazon reviews I am starting 5000mcg supplements tomorrow.. Even more amazing was the return of energy. Thanks for
    the video Nini Girl.

Thank you for this new info. I'll be starting my 5th week with this episode of vertigo. I previously had a bad case over 12 years ago & my HMO doctor cured it in a week. I just don't remember what she prescribed. I'm on my 2nd dose of a 5 day prednisone Rx because it helped the first week. Unfortunately I got a bad sinus infection & the vertigo flared to almost the beginning. My vertigo started because a crown fell out & it took 2 months to glue it back in. Meanwhile the area hurt when I blew my nose. I told the dentist but he ignored the comment. After he glued it in the vertigo started immediately. I had to have a friend drive me home & another to drive my car home. I taught myself how to drive, sleep, put eye drops in, brush my hair & teeth & wash my hair in the shower. I move slowly & keep my eyes closed when I move a certain way. I understand the leaning head because mine is to the left. I will start on the bryonia if I can take it. I have kidney disease & should not take medication processed by the kidneys like NSAIDS.

In 1997 I had a bad virus, which attacked my sinuses and throat. Two days later I had vertigo, which was horrible, and the following Spring, it was announced that the bad virus the summer before, that had caused vertigo in many people, was back.
The day after starting to feel rotten, and extremely dizzy, a doctor diagnosed me with vertigo. He referred me to an ear, nose and throat specialist. Had to wait 4 weeks. This specialist diagnosed me with vertigo, and explained what had happened. Gave me charts about the inner ear, and was really helpful. After a total of 9 weeks it subsided. For years I was not bothered, until about 10 years later, when arising from bed one morning, had a bout again, but not as severe as before. The specialist had told me that the vertigo might come back. Especially during my older years.
I now cannot lie on my right side in bed, as I get vertigo if I do. And what has astounded me, is that my brain has trained me to lie on my left side in bed. Over the past four years, this has developed. I am told I can take a movement treatment, but that could cause me to permanently have vertigo. It works for some, but not for others.. I do tend to have a mild case if my sinuses act up, so I combat that problem immediately should it arise.

Your story was very interesting and I completely get your frustration with the doctors and their misdiagnosing over and over. I was thought to have epilepsy because I had a grand maul seizure on '07 - haven't had one since and they decided that it was mental. I continued to have what is known as auras a type of awake seizure. I developed agoraphobia because I didn't want to leave home and have a grand maul - I was terrified of that ever happening again. So I taught myself a quiet meditation plus adivant to prevent it from happening ever again. Last yr I had a really bad vertigo attack and ended up in emergency where the doctor on duty diagnosed me with BPPV - benign positional vertigo - it's wicked! I have all the symptoms you have. I discovered from a physical therapist that the symptoms were not auras but rather caused from my vertigo. The BPPV that I suffer from is caused from one or more of the tiny crystal calcium critters that - at some time in my life - were knocked loose. However, there are exercises that I can do at home that will eventually cure it! I like that. And I've been taking Mecklizine, which also helps tremendously with the dizzies. Thank you for sharing your story. It is comforting at times knowing that there are others who know and understand what I've been going through with doctors and their misdiagnosing.

Thank you so much for posting this video, a couple of days ago vertigo hit me out of nowhere, and it's been hell on earth the past 4 days, to the point I consider quiting my job, I as well as you end up in the hospital at their ER, that coste $3740 for 3 hours of laying in their bed with and IV, they put me through the same "drill" blood work, CT scan, and other unnecessary test just to tell.me that I might have vertigo and "they couldn't treat it there. So I'm definitely looking forward to try what you try and see if it works, people tell me this can come back at any time in the future and I want to make absolutely sure this never repeats it self ever again, thank you again for the priceless info in your video.

Interesting that no doctor has seen my video. Maybe they should and that way they can treat all these poor helpless people that are suffering in their care. I know the feeling!!! I take the b12 now and I did a follow up video regarding what type and when and how I take it both shot and spray under tong. The best way to keep vertigo at bay is to always take b12. From what I read in the book I talk about if you end up being b12 deficient and you do the b12 therapy you need to do it forever. I just do the spray and shot now and I do not have any issues. Glad to see that you could find useful information in my video:) Best of luck and keep me updated. Your follow up comment will help others suffering with vertigo so make sure you let the world know how you felt after taking b12. Read the comments bellow and it will give you hope.

When i was allowed to have oral foods I was allowed to take my vitamins and one of the first was B12, my hemoglobin began to rise then. Also, my heart rate was always high which can also be caused by low hemoglobin and anemia, and I have had anemia issues for years due to a duodenal ulcer. It was only this bad from the perforated bowel and sepsis.

Nini, I must thank you for everything that you shared in your video. I could care less about the length, this video is very informative. By the way I can relate to everything that you stated about your vertigo. I have been experiencing vertigo for approximately 5 years. I have moments where it is so unbearable with no success from the doctors. I do have a physical therapist that I see if it gets out-of-control. It does help but my vertigo always comes back. After reviewing your video I had no clue that I may be vitamin B12 deficient. I went to see my doctor last Friday and asked if I could have blood work done to check my B12 level. She agreed and the test results showed that I was extremely B12 deficient. She insisted that I have the B12 injections once a week for a month and then once a month. You are my angel Nini and I thank God that I found your video, I am praying that this will be the answer to my problem with vertigo as well, thank you so very much.

Just want to clarify. Your homeopathy doctor said you are "borderline anemic" so she advised a B12 shot? Anemia is a deficiency in iron. B12 is an amino acid protein builder, not iron. So I'm confused. The B12 shot can still be helpful, but what about the actual issue of possibly anemia? Did you take iron pills? Or up your intake of iron-rich foods? Please explain. Thanks.
Just looked it up and there is something called VITAMIN-DEFICIENCY ANEMIA, which is caused by a lack of B12. So it does make sense now! Just wanted to post my concern and then research for those thinking the same thing!! Learnin' something new everyday. :)

how many mcg of B12 were in the daily shot? The clinic nearby offers 1000 mcg shot or infusion for $20. but they will only do it once a week. Takes a doctor's approval for more than once a week. I suffer with severe vertigo, it is totally debilitating at times. I have been diagnosed with M.A.V. ( migraine associated vertigo). I am hopeful your b12 cure will work for me as well. Thank you for being so honest and for sharing your experience. Hugs!

Hello, I also suffer from terrible Vertigo and it is usually closely related to my monthly period. I just muscle tested myself after listening to your story. And my body tested positive for B12 deficiency. I wanted to ask you if B12 has to be taken by shot or if taking the methylcolbalma supplement would be sufficient?

If you have tried this and not work try the Epley maneuver.

You absolutely do not have to live with vertigo, iIf you have a positional form of vertigo (which I have). A few simple maneuvers are the cure.

    • @brooklynwide
      @brooklynwide 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

brittany wei yes. I had two episodes and went to an inner ear specialist both times. The doctors manipulated me through several positions (body and head manipulations). And I rested for several days after each session.

Tanya B I don't know the names of the positions, assuming there were names for the positions. I described my symptoms to the specialists, they examined me and performed the manipulations. I was prone with my head lower than my feet and my head was turned based on how strongly I experienced vertigo. It was an unpleasant feeling at first but the feeling lessened the longer I went through the motions. I also slept upright for several days post manipulations.

Very good video. Very informative thank you. I have had an iron deficiency for years now due to menopause and fibroids (high blood loss) but have been a bit stubborn about having a hysterectomy. I feel I have got this far that the periods will stop soon. Woke this morning with vertigo so your video has explained it. Will try making it to the doctor tomorrow and get that blood test. I too do not have faith in doctors or should I say the medical system. They are just out to rip us off and kill us off. Watch "Thrive". Very good documentary.

Thank you for your beautiful well explained chat on your veryogo experience. U were so clear with your explanation.
Yes, I've had and continue to get my vertigo but I never did have it that serious even when it started. But it still a constant off and on situation. Thank you once again. And if you come across anybody that sees other Homeopathy for other reasons, pls continue to send us more info. Ok? God bless you Mini. I'm Canadian and was shocked to hear your hospital expenses. We don't pay a dime for hospitalization but medications only.

    • @tawana2inspire

@@lisamarie8406 I did a whole lifestyle change so its quite a lot. I stopped using all unnatural things. I made my own deodorant and soaps and shampoo to help stop any inflammation. I took did detox pills from Amazon. I did a liver cleanse tincture from Amazon. I went plantbased and only used agave and honey from a bee farm here as white sugar/ splenda is a neurotoxin. I didnt eat anything with msg and I ate no processed foods. I took liquid magnesium, zinc, selenium, vitamin a , e , b12 and d3 ( I took the highest dose I could through research). I took seamoss capsules I made and I took blackseed oil and haritaki. What happened was a Dr. Sebi video popped up on my TH-cam one night and I figured what the heck I might as well try it since I'm bedridden and feeling like I want to end it. I studied him and started ordering herbs and just tossing stuff in a pot of water. I would drink 1/4 of a cup of this to cleanse blood and kill any parasites. I'm much more informed now as I went to study and know that this is a dis- ease from toxicity, inflammation and lack of vitamins and minerals. I would have a Dr. Check my gut health to see if you have leaky gut and then check hormones and a real blood test. Then go plantbased and load up on vitamin and minerals and look into these for the brain ( pinebark, haritaki, vicopentin). Feel free to follow my channel.

@@teresa4737 most people I talk to say they have a super clean diet but really don't. I always find sugar in yall cabinets the messes with central nervous as well as msg in y'all seasoning. I disagree that yogurt is healthy. I think is very mucus forming which can clog the head. I see people think bread is healthy and soy which sucks minerals out the body. Most of yall use that toxic so called natural stuff in your house and I make all mine from handsoap, shampoo, laundry detergent and house cleaners. I also detoxed my body to get all the the trash out and inflammation down and took detox herbs I made. Still to this day I haven't had a issues and Have helped many. Many people say they have a clean diet and they really don't. They don't even understand some fruit is not good for nerves.

Great video, there's also videos on TH-cam about certain head movements people can try to move particles in the inner ear which might be causing the vertigo.

Thank you so much for your clear and concise information. I've recently "developed" vertigo and have been quite concerned. I've been doing the Eply maneuver and it's helped a bit, also eye exercises. I will look for and take the Bryonia. Also, I'll increase my B 12 quantity to 100 mgs a day. I loved your presentation, again, thank you.
