I watched my best friend scale a cleaning business over a period of about 5 years and he no longer works, just stays on a permanent vacation in Florida… knowing his past and IQ level😂 I can say if you put the work in you can definitely improve your situation.
As an employee for a carpet cleaning company and being a math person the numbers for this industry are crazy my days are usually 400-800 from 3 jobs about 6-8hrs a day. When I can id love to start my own operation and get that 6 figure income
@@DoggishEmu I started out using Yelp which helped at first for the first year but after that I stopped paying yelp and strictly Facebook and google right now which is working well so far for a few months now.
i am tempted to try again , i failed my time at carpet cleaning altho 2010 in the middle of a housing crisis was prolly a bad time , whats a good tm to start with that could also powerwash ????????
So basically when you start out you can just charge half, work four hours a day and when you build up to make twice that amount when you have enough clients to pick and choose who you like to work for the most
I make close to 100 k working for someone. Commission pay. Banging out apartment cleans.. ... I bill out 4 to 5 g a week...... that's working for someone..... there is good money on the apartment rental side
I just started for almost 2 years. Unfortunately I don't have much customer in Singapore, I'am quoting S$150 for a 3 seater sofa and seems expensive for the people here. Pls advise
This guy keeps on saying these low ball price I make anywhere between 250 and 1000,00 per job just depends on the customer and my sales strategy Big problem I have is no one talks about how to get those customers or where to go to get them
thats realistic , i did it on the side and i failed , one thing u dont hear about is that in service business its harder to get inside someones house than say to cut someones lawn, a little thing u say or do can make someone not want u in their house

What company?
I’m making $400 with 2 jobs easy. Most of my jobs lately have been $350-$400 a job.
That’s awesome!

Thank you sir for your information. I want to hear from you about the marketing and how you can find the customer ?

Good stuff,I am starting my own in April I bought a franchise,I have duct cleaning and vent dryer cleaning add on it.
Why buy a franchise when you can literally open your own? Your going to lose way more money having a franchise
Thank you for sharing
Couldn't even get an area rug to clean in a week.
It take 2 to 3 months here in Singapore 😅
Great video
What's the best equipment to start out with?
Get ready to start
I noticed in one of your "Start A Business" videos all the equipment appears to be low-moisture. Did you start with VLM and move into a truck-mount?
Started hwe, added vlm, and offer both
@@greenrhinoproject what is a VLM and HWE
Have you always used a truck mount?

How many employees are under you? Or are you working solo? I've been working under a carpet cleaning company for 3 and a half years now.
I have usually have one but am looking for another
How many jobs do you do a day for your company
What was your favorite form of advertising
Do you use a marketing agency to do ads for you? like google ads, facebook ads, instagram ads, etc?
No
My goal for my first year is to book 1 job a day.

No
You know your shit my dude excuse my language
It's really not that hard to gross 100k.
i believe you can make a decent amount more than 100k
I like your videos but where you get your math from it only takes 273 something dollars to make 100,000 a year 😂
Yes if your planning on working 7 days a week. This video is on a 5 day work week. Thanks for tuning in I appreciate you!
