The last clip of the Darracq being thrashed on the hill climb was so glorious! Even though it is 115 years old the people who drive it at events, like the clip in the video, thrash the shit out of it and in my opinion it was built to be thrashed so thrash it!

Missed one!! The Blitzen Benz broke the land speed record doing 141 MPH, with a max engine speed of 1400 rpm. Not surprising, because the 4 cylinder engine was 21.5 litres in capacity!!
