You could also explain how to use template on cupboards door and other staff like how to stabilizing the machine . Also quite few things come with it Feb bits of bobs and you could tell what they are and where to use for example latches how to fit them on. Can you explain more about staff come with machine. Thanks
Questions: Is it quiet/noisy when washing? Spinning? If there is a power failure, does it reset and start again or pickup where it left off? And, does it clean well?
On what occasion would you have to deal with the pump and secondly, can I use the machine without the wooden door on the front since it has gone to get new holes drilled in for the new fittings?
You would only need to deal with the pump if you something had become lodged in it like a colour catcher or sock or if there is just a general build of of hair or fluff in it. Yes you can use the washer without the door on but it will be louder when in use than when it's got the door fully attached
Thanks for the video. I have had this machine for 20 months and it has now stopped completely, having been going downhill for a couple of months. There is washing in the machine but I cannot get the door open to remove it. I have switched off the power - no change. I have checked the drain plug at front right - all clear - no change. I have tried the credit card against the lock but that didn't get it open. Please can you advise what other options I have. Many thanks for your anticipated help.
Very precise video. Could you please give any information on how to realign the magnet screwing block. I tried to hold the block with a screw at the bottom hole, instead of top. Now the block is secured but missing from the view and I am not finding any access point. Thak you.
I have bought the 8kg one but the leg is a small one and the alignment to the top is not right. In this video you showed a longer leg but I was not able to fit it. Can you explain how it's to be fitted or is it a separate place where it is to be mounted ?
Hi, really useful video, thankyou, I do have a question. The machine is brand new & when I press the start button after a few seconds the machine makes a clicking noise. Is this normal?
This is a normal noise, it is the door lock locking the door. At the end of the wash you will hear the same noise as it unlocks. Glad the video was helpful for you, thanks for the great feedback
Couple of things, have you done a wash before or is this the first time? If its the first check that the waste outlet isn't blocked and also that the transit bolts have been removed as well
Iv just bought this machine I’m disappointed the 30deg programme is only for half a load, but, the 20deg programme is a full load. The washing times are way too long i don’t believe its more economic to wash at a higher temperature and for longer! Also if were are trying to be green why not have a hot fill as well as a cold fill as pre global warming. Clothes are washed regular mostly for sweat three and half hrs its cost you in new clothes because they will look worn out.
One minute in you explain that there are feet to fit as there is nothing on it, but it already has adjustable feet. The fitting instructions are diabolical too. The machine itself is nice and quiet
My new machine is rubbish I can’t wash on the 30c 30mins cycle it doesn’t get rid of the soap I have tried everything i had three engineers to look at it they say nothing wrong it’s flooded the kitchen 4 times whirlpool/hotpoint don’t want to know so much for buying English goods
Four and a half hours to do a handful of washing is ridiculous , complete waste of money ! Too bad , I just swapped out a stoves machine because on spin it went walkabout so much that the door could not be fitted (made in Britain) apparently ? And am now destined to loose the rest of my life babysitting this thing just watching the sun disappear so now I have to use the tumble dryer (how very eco) ? Why can’t we just buy things that just do the bloody job ?
You have been a great help thank you. No over the top selling just what I needed to hear.
No problem glad it was helpful for you.
Yes I got this machine. Thank you so much. I had my old machine for ten years. I got the hotpoint. Now I can use it. Thank you
Glad I could help!
how do I dry only?
Excellent, well detailed video. Found out how to remove the Detergent drawer. Thank you!
PLEASE how do you the Tumble Dryer on Hotpoint Inverter Washing Machine. Glad you explained the information on the machine. Thank you.
Excellent question, but it's impossible to find out the answer..
excellent very very useful video . Lots to learn about washing machine. We loved it . Brilliantly you done the video.
Glad it was useful for you, thanks for the feedback 😀
Very good video but how do you use the 'drying only' option?
This is a washing machine and doesn't have a drying option
You could also explain how to use template on cupboards door and other staff like how to stabilizing the machine .

Thank you for detailed video. Possibly timer options with functionality breakers would help to go particular section quickly.

DRY ONLY - I figured out that you need to select 11, 12 or 13.
Absolutely ridiculous that it doesn’t tell you anywhere in the instructions.
I am having the same propblem trying to get the dryer without wash very complicated instructions
On what occasion would you have to deal with the pump and secondly, can I use the machine without the wooden door on the front since it has gone to get new holes drilled in for the new fittings?

Hi great video, How i should clean the machine after drying? i cant find any condenser or fluff filter where the fluff go?

What about the drier side of the machine, is the water drained into the waste or does it need emptied say like a condenser tumble drier
This particular model hasn't got a dryer as part of it, but on a washer dryer, the water will exit through the waste hose.
Enjoyed the video would like some advice on pushing it back about one inch

Can you use ball dissover in drum instead of powder
Does this have self leveling rear feet?

How can I turn on the auto clean ? I am trying to figure out since 11 hours

Hi , I bought like this machine yesterday but it stopped during the washing and there is h2o in the screen can you help me please ?
Couple of things, have you done a wash before or is this the first time? If its the first check that the waste outlet isn't blocked and also that the transit bolts have been removed as well
Is it possible to use it just to dry?
This is just a washing machine so will only wash and not dry
Great video and good review.
Thanks!

Can someone show me how to fit the door magnet

Is it inverter?
It would have been helpful if you had given instructions for drying only ...
This model is a washing machine only, not a washer dryer
@@lords-electrical thankyou ...
Why are the model numbers so long? Why can’t it just be WM62p like they used to be! 😂
You are showing your age Mr Dog, the WM62P was around in 1998!!!
@@lords-electrical I know I remember fondly installing them 👍👍

Thats not great sorry to hear that about the machine you have, on the whole Hotpoint machines have been pretty good.
