Ok so here’s something that you missed…. The outside room… I like your videos and presentation, big up to the camera man! But the garden is a serious part of any home and I think adding that as part of the tour will complete your vlog.. keep up the good work. But if you don’t start adding garden’s me gaan! Just kidding, but u know… 😊

Hi there, thank you for the suggestion, sometimes the gardens are not accessible but we have started making more attempts to get the footage for that to complete our tours.

The triangle is between sink/prep area over to the cooktop or oven and last the fridge.

Good job guys. Would it be even better for you to mention the location of the property or place it on the title of the video? Some people watch your video on TV'S which doesn't have the descriptions.

I like this staging too. However I would need a larger fridge, separate dining room at least😅

Hi vITAL Empress, thank you for your comments. Perhaps the fridge space can be discussed with the developer. Most are quite accommodating or at least can offer advice.

This house does fells a little tight. Still this makes it more affordable great entry level 4 bedroom house, anyway it does need a little bit more living spaces but anyway good that Kitchen Dinner and Lounge are separated so this should work out.

That window in the living room is very small and is dressed ridiculously with the curtain track extending too far over to the right.. They think it gives the illusion of a wider window but it does not. Same in bedroom upstairs.. Houses are SO over priced these days it's shocking 🤯
Keep up the good work cos love what you show us 👍

@@PropertyVlogsUK I rent and have done for the last 7yrs. I have no intention to get back on the property ladder especially in the current situation and climate. I already live in a nice rural area and couldn't afford to buy here or probably anywhere else for that matter these days.. Lol

I agree. The window size and placement is very offputting and totally unnecessary (other than to be cheap). It throws off the whole room and makes the room feel claustrophobic. Same in the bedroom upstairs. It’s just so surprising because the house is nice otherwise.

The house has some nice amenities, but there are a couple of things I'd want changed. First, the windows are too small. Especially in the lounge, you need more natural light. Second, I would want a door from the lounge to the kitchen. It's inconvenient to totally isolate the lounge from the rest of the house. The bedrooms are pretty snug, and once the smaller ones have a bed and a wardrobe there's not much room for anything else, though the layout can give everyone their own private space.

The lounge separately like that is actually very common and made on purpose. I agree with you that the windows in most rooms are way to small.

This house is tiny !!!! Why are the houses so expensive in the UK compared to the rest of the world? I notice the houses are made of cheap soft wood for the majority of the house!!
Is it that land is expensive? But the UK isnt that crowded except in the cities, so I really dont understand the pricing models for houses in the UK.
In dubai one easily gets twice the floor area for the same price, which is a villa made of concrete with internal tiling all over. If there's carpeting, its done over the tiling.
In south asia, 20km away from major cities, one could get a villa 4.5 to 6 times the floor area of this house depending on the finishes one chooses, with the structure made entirely in concrete, and the doors and windows made of hard wood like teak, etc. That kind of wood lasts a few generations!!!.
Even in the architecture, I dont see any serious difference between the display houses, both internally and externally. All of them seem alike. Its a repetitive design. So it would seem, trades like architects, structural, mep design are all practically non existent when building a house like this!!. Just tradesmen being employed to carry out repetitive designs.
Am I missing something? Is this house situated within some major city where the land is expensive? Is the land generally expensive in the UK? Are tradesmen and material rates substantially high? Wood, especially white wood cant be that expensive. I believe its locally available, including bricks. I dont see any concrete or steel in that house. The costs of build materials and trade salaries cant be more higher than the Us and/ or other english speaking countries, could it? Is this the reason why people cant afford to live in the UK ? I read about inflation in the UK being a big problem. Is that linked to high house prices ?
When i see this displat home, and read about inflation, low salaries, high taxes, I think of UK as a difficult place to live.
