I have a few questions. As a chef was that amount of oil really necessary? A small frying pan with a few ml of oil would of done the same. Secondly why didnt you pat the eggs with a paper towel to soak up some of the oil because it was transferred literally from the pot to the bowl. Thirdly. Why breadcrumbs! Just why? Fourthly. Scallions with raw eggs. Now was that really necessary. You cut a scallions from the tail to the head and you have green and White onion! I'm not trying to disrespect your food. You enjoy it then it wasn't a waste of your time. Actually if even one person enjoyed it then it was a success. Just I couldn't help myself.
