I was with Will down in south Florida after the Swamp Classic with a bunch of people from EVOQ coaching. Will hasn’t gotten his team bike yet, he did the entirety of that omnium on his Trek cross bike. The guy has amazing power and consistency.

Hey Dennis love the vids! Super inspiring I’ve been cycling just about as long as you have (no where near as strong Ofcourse) but have you heard of the chain of lakes cycling classic in fort Meade? I’ve been training mainly for the prix crit at hueco but the date was changed and I can’t make the new date for the first prix crit there. But any info or insight into the chain of lakes?
Hey brother thx. Yeah I will be there at chain of lakes. I raced it last year is a great race I loved it. I love el hueco also super fun and fast course. You should definitely do chain of lakes tho is a great race.

Aldo as you can see I am actually wining races but I’m sure there are riders doing great as well with less than I did, there is a lot more involved in winning races than just power. Also this was cat 3/4 but if I raced the Pro123 which I could’ve also it would have been way harder to win that race. Level there is very very high.
I want to improve my speed as a weekend warrior, do you think a stationary bike will help much with endurance and such? Its the only quiet option i can think of for my apartment because a bike on a trainer would drive people crazy. I think they can hear my hub sometimes when im tinkering
Absolutely you can brother that’s what I been doing this whole time. Once u start racing in the pro123 having a team definitely help but is not required at.

Absolutely it will. I do 90% of my training indoors specifically during the week because after work is all I have time for before it gets dark.
