The video is about food in Cusco. I guess you find good ceviche up in the mountains. I don’t understand this rootless pride of culinary diversity. Food is a culture; so it evolves. Ceviche is originally from Japan via Netherlands. Food in Cusco sux by the way.

So your eating an alpaca burger whilst looking at a very cute alpaca across the street all dressed in his Sunday best, not very nice Jordan! Good food tour, shame about the “mistakes” but live & learn. I think it’s time to come home. Another interesting video of all the amazing food from around the world. You guys were super-helpful for my trek down South America! Green Point was fantastic and a nice break from eating so much meat over the 3 months it took me to get to Cusco... Papachos was pretty good too, but no longer serve the Alpaca burger :(. Andean Grill across the square has grilled alpaca steak that was delicious!

In fact Eiffel lived in Iquitos, a jungle in Peru. Requests came from all over the country to do works, but it is not known that he traveled to do them. Of course, he sent people who worked with him or whom he knew, so that the works they made, technically, are by Eiffel...

So much delicious food! Alpaca almost sounds like it could be a mix between Kangaroo and Camel with the taste and texture (they sort of look like a mix of them too).

Creo que has confundido el cóctel del pisco con el pisco sour puro que se vende directo de la botella, Por supuesto que el pisco sour es un cóctel preparado con otras mezclas Y aunque puede tener un grado de alcohol de entre 30 y 45 grados dependiendo del pisco es más agradable tomarlo de ese modo como cóctel que si lo tomas directamente y no estás acostumbrado o acostumbrada a los licores

Sobre el Pisco es netamente de origen peruano Por qué desde la llegada de los españoles se produjo en la región de Pisco y de ahí que lleva el nombre de Pisco igual que el champán viene de la región de Champagne en Francia.
Sobre los chilenos no se puede decir que existe una rivalidad siquiera amistosa en el sentido de que lo que ellos hacen no es Pisco realmente, el pisco tiene una forma de preparación que solamente se hace aquí en el Perú en Chile hacen doble destilación hasta tres o cuatro veces más en barrica de Roble el pisco verdadero jamás se destila dos veces ni tres ni cuatro ni mucho menos se pone en barricas de Roble.
Por lo tanto por definición lo que ellos hacen es otra cosa no es Pisco y la calidad es muy superior aquí en el Perú a lo que ellos hacen, esto es reconocido a nivel internacional.

In general, food in Cusco is nothing to write home about (to put it mildly). If you love to eat alpacas, Guinea pigs or parched pork, congrats, you found your heaven. But I had a hard time the second time in my life to find a good place to eat. (The first time was in the UK, of course). Luckily I found one next door to where I stayed, though. I have lived in a latin neighborhood for many years, so I know what they eat. Like many Latin cuisines, the food in Cusco is as uninviting as it looks. Interestingly, there is no signature food in Cusco. Don’t give me that deep fried dough thingy. It is not food.
