What I really enjoy about these casts is the historical context that you're able to offer. I find it so cool to hear about the history of a build and how things have evolved since.
Snow made it to the finals, where he lost to another Protoss. Making finals isn't struggling imo. Him winning one is overdue though, like it was overdue for Light for a long time
Agree. The two best Protosses along with Bisu and Rain I guess. Protoss is hard to be consistent with. I feel like at least one of those 4 gets to final 4 or 8 every season, but they just can't make it to the finals. I'd like to see Snow or Best win it all because they really deserve it with that amount of skill.
There's a bunch of very good players who haven't won one. Unfortunately only having 1 star league run 2 times a year is kind of tough. Snow's finals was in 2019.

Two questions: Why get Mine/Speed instead of Mine/Siege? If those 3 tanks were sieged, Hero would have 100% won that, as staggered tanks with rallied vultures would have crushed. Why does nobody send a 'Repair Crew' of 3-4 SCVs to keep Mech units alive. This is nearly an all-in, which makes every mech unit extremely valuable. Repairing the two tanks that were low/pulled back would have allowed more pressure.

Artosis always says, the most basic thing you can do to improve your gameplay is non-stop produce workers. Feels like Speed lost simply by not making scvs after the 2nd push.
Terrans! Why, why are you never building more turrets against reaver drops. Three turrets in the main and you are relatively safe. The cost of building those turrets is nothing compared to the losses that reavers generate.
Broodwar needs a patch so badly, its so unbalanced towards terran; scv range, the only faction with concussive damage, AA is all explosive...just needs updating to a modern understanding of rts
Yeah it's too bad. There are small changes that would help with the balance of the game and also make certain units and upgrades more viable but it's just too risky to start tinkering with it.
What Snow can do with 2 reavers and a speed shuttle is comparable to what mozart could do with a piano

More than SC2, I find myself watching SC1 nowadays, just the basoc level of control needed for this game is insane.
