Im only in my late teens, And have had this looming back pain. The corkscrew let put a subtle pop but all back pain from work had gone. As well as the lunge and twist. Was quite terrible the pain when bending my back and now Its genuinely gone! Thankyou.

I have a general question about popping and adjustments not just for hips. I understand the traditional idea of aligning or correcting adjustments for vertebrae or hip positions. My question is if you are cracking or popping as in this video, hip, knuckles, neck etc are we doing anything beneficial? If the muscle or tendons are tight is popping helping? Often it feels good like I've released some kind of tension but I would like your ideas on what popping at home for stiff joints is doing. Does it just feel good or is it helping the joint any? (For example if you can't stretch to reduce muscle tightness etc in the moment).

I deadlifted today and pulled my back thought I really hurt my self I tried the knee one and it popped my back I'm not locked up anymore !!
What about the day after? Any pain?

Nothing pops because I'm hypermobile. Stuff just slides around and is sore later. Is that bad?
